This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The staff are consistently rude,…read moredismissive, and unprofessional. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

I love Heeyong's warm and smooth bilingual Mandarin blades, she is so good at effectively communicating with Asian Elders with great patience and attentive friendliness! Tim Wassif also impressed me yesterday with his quick and thorough Communication Finesse too! I dropped in to pick up ointment refills and Tim made sure to find out why the ointment was on hold and let me know the soonest date it would be available once my insurance kicked in. Tim is great at getting to know all of us Community regulars in a warm and personalized way, I appreciate how he follows up with me in how my work is going and goes out his way to support our local dining businesses and gives us feedback on his experiences with our Restaurant Brands! Thank you Emily for being a fantastic Cashier Host in the front too! Emily always works with the right urgency and enthusiastically sharp care. She really goes out of her way to make sure we found everything we need during our Store visit and will provide us with any bags we need to easily transport our purchases to our Carritos :0)

Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Thank you, Charles.

This is the second time this has happened to me…read more This time they had a posted deal offering two ghost energy drinks for $5.00 and when I tried to purchase them the guy behind the counter said he couldn't do anything lower than $6.62, like he was haggling with me n let's make a deal. Even if there was a CRV charge of $.10 per can my total with tax shouldn't be anymore than $5.60. So he was charging me a whole $1.02 more. So hats false advertising. Last time this happened they tried to tell me them the deal was over and Ben thought the expiration fate on the sign wasn't for another week. Liars and cheats! I will never go here again. I know it's not much to some people, but it's the principal and the accumulation of however many customers is what matters!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!

No other locations consistently have their car wash services shut down. The owner does not perform regular maintenance and keeps car wash closed on a regular basis. Miss Bessie Always calls me by name which is super sweet. Waiting is minimal compared to other pharmacies that I've been to. As helpful as they are, I'm looking forward to the day where I won't need medicine to help with constant pain. I'll still stop by to say hello though. They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. Do, better Walgreens! at least hire someone to manage phones if the pharmacist and whoever else working, is actually that busy.
