What a DUMP! I only get gas here, the pumps are busted up half the time. God forbid you want to clean your windshield with some clean water while you over pay for regular gas.... The ground hasn't been pressure washed since it opened. The pumps are not maintained...It is always a gross experience and I don't understand why you can't do a better job of maintaining this place while you're charging so much for gas. read more

This is one busy 7-Eleven store. Not every 7-11 store can have good customer service, and this specific store is no exception. At least service was decent. Not every store can be clean either. Again this specific store was no exception either. The store was quite clean inside, but it was really dusty outside at the gas pumps. Does this all bother me? Nope, I'm still a fan of most 7-Eleven stores. I like their Rewards program, and you can find good deals at their stores nationwide. I'd still be a regular at this particular store whenever I'm in the area. read more

I always encounter a line at this location, but it goes by quickly. Every 7/11 has a wide variety of drinks from energy drinks to coffee. They offer deals for a lot of things and also have special deals on the app. The coffee section has many roasts from light to dark and also flavored ones! A medium size costs about $1.50 so it's a quick and cheaper alternative to your favorite coffee spots if you're in a rush. The only real problem this location has is that it's air/water machine is always broken. read more

This place refuses to follow CA law when it comes to providing free air and water to customers who pay for fuel. I noticed I had a really low tire while I was pumping gas and when I asked the attendant (and owner) to turn on the station for me, they said the automatic button was broken and that I would need to pay for it. I told them that it was illegal and they just shrugged their shoulders. They could have manually turned it on but didn't. I bet this place makes a lot of money taking advantage of people who do not know this law. My husband tried to get air (after fueling up) a few months ago and they said the same thing to him. Can we get more gas stations on this intersection or maybe a new 7-Eleven owner who is not shady? That would be great, thanks. read more

On the afternoon of Saturday 01/09, a young woman came into the store without a mask, and when asked by another customer to wear a mask, she refused. She verbally fought the policy with the other customer, with the reasoning being that she was the owners daughter. Despite city, county and state mandate and 7-11 corporate policy (there are signs on the entrance that face coverings are required), the staff working did not make an effort to deny service or ask this woman to comply. Again, she insisted she was the owners daughter as her reasoning for not having to follow policy, so the staff (who were young) most likely felt the pressure to allow her to break the rules despite there being many other customers in the store. The family of the owner of the store should respect the business (and the owner) and not treat it as their home. The owner and family should be embarrassed and ashamed of such behavior by his daughter. I spoke to the other customer outside the store and there were people noting the address, date and time so that it can be reported to 7-11 corporate. The owner's daughter should not have acted so immaturely and privileged and should have respected her father's business, because now he and the staff will be responsible for her inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. read more

When people need gas, they'll most likely go to where it's convenient, often not caring about customer service or what not. This review will not be about that, but about FRADULENT activities at the pumps. My wife got TWO FRADULENT charges to her credit card on two SEPARATE occasions, BOTH right after she pumped here. I had one prior to this... yes, also after pumping here. We figured it was a coincidence and didn't attribute it to this 7-11 (maybe we took chances because we hoped the credit card skimming wasn't this location because, yes, pumping here is convenient). But after pumping gas here YESTERDAY. This MORNING, I already saw an unauthorized charge pending (from YouTube music). Needless to say, I will NEVER go here again. We liked the convenient location, but it's not convenient when we've had to replace our credit cards 4 times, and change all of our recurring billing accounts to the new credit card number. If you are an owner or manager here. Do something about securing your pumps to prevent people skimming credit card numbers. Yes I notice those red "anti-tampering" tapes, but they were so haphazardly put on that anyone can take them off without ripping them. Also, I suggest wiping the dust off surfaces before applying the tape because the tape comes right off! Go try it for yourself. No hyperbole here. So if you go here, don't use your credit card. You're playing Russian Roulette. read more

DO NOT PUMP GAS HERE! They will skim your card and play dumb about it when you ask what happened. I paid with card at the pump and now have two additional unauthorized charges totaling $110 on my card. When asked about the $40 I was mysteriously charged, the cashier said they're "just making sure there's money in the account" and that it would be posted back within a few hours. It was never returned to me, and I woke up the next day to yet another $70 gone. I now have deactivated my card and have opened a fraud report. It looks like I'm not the only one they've done this to, so who knows how much they've racked up stealing from innocent customers? read more

This is a very nice, new and clean store. It gets very busy at times, but to me that's a sign that this store is serving customers well. Why the one star? Credit card fraud at the gas pump. A number of local residents have been hit. The local Sherriff is well aware due to the reports they're getting. Has this store fixed the problem? Nope. Due to the number of incidents it's clear that this 7 Eleven has inadequate surveillance and control to help catch the crooks or at least mitigate the theft. They need to -- at minimum -- inactivate the card readers at this point. Enough is enough. If you're needing gas, avoid using a credit or ATM card at the pump. I picked up three drinks to take back to the skate park, including my iced coffee from the machine that they thankfully had. The help behind the counter were, ummm, detached. This 7-Eleven is a dump! filthy restrooms, cold coffee (their coffee machines are old & dirty, they need to be replaced ASAP)! I don't blame the employees for this dirty dump, I blame the manager who fails to give direction. I see them cleaning with rags, but don't smell any disinfectant or proper cleaning agent. Their just spreading dirty water & bacteria around! This place needs a 24 hour shut down for an intensive cleaning & replacement of Coffee machines (most people only go in for coffee & this 7-Eleven coffee stations are old & dirty with nats flying out of them). I walked back in to let them know and they said I took too long and it cancels after 3 minutes (it did not take me 3 min to walk back to the pump) they refused to put the gas and said I have to pay again. I can't believe this station has 2 stars?!?! Honestly, it's the filthiest gas station I've ever been to. I try to avoid it, but sometimes you need gas before you get on the 71. Trash cans are always overflowing. The water to clean your windshield literally smells like someone took a dump in the water. I wish I was exaggerating. I won't let my kids buy snacks from here. Stay away from 7-11 in Eastvale! My husband noticed a live cockroach in his soda, unfortunately too late!!!! Complained and no response back, he did make a complaint to the health department and no word yet. We tried to call and of course they did not answer!! Slurpee machines were down just happened to be on 7/11/2015 for slurpee day..... Remember last year the line was long and all the way out to the side of the redbox machine. Staffs had to control the flow for the line for slurpee to maintain space inside the store. This place is always understaffed. Most of the time it's one clerk running 3 registers. read more

I saw that there were a lot of creepy looking men loitering outside the store and staring at women using the fuel pumps.
