This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The staff are consistently rude,…read moredismissive, and unprofessional. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

Even if there was a CRV charge of $.10 per can my total with tax shouldn't be anymore than $5.60. So he was charging me a whole $1.02 more. So hats false advertising. Last time this happened they tried to tell me them the deal was over and Ben thought the expiration fate on the sign wasn't for another week. Liars and cheats! I will never go here again. Tim Wassif also impressed me yesterday with his quick and thorough Communication Finesse too! I dropped in to pick up ointment refills and Tim made sure to find out why the ointment was on hold and let me know the soonest date it would be available once my insurance kicked in. Tim is great at getting to know all of us Community regulars in a warm and personalized way, I appreciate how he follows up with me in how my work is going and goes out his way to support our local dining businesses and gives us feedback on his experiences with our Restaurant Brands! Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Thank you, Charles.

And, 99 percent of the time, the prices are higher and not on sale at all, and they do not inform you, EVER, while ringing u up. Luckily, I know this, and therefore, i often physically take the advertised sale price to them to show them that they are False Advertising. They always apologize but never fix it. Years ago, they would keep my couple cents of change without asking and just shut their register drawer. After nipping that in the bud, they still continue to false advertise sales. DON'T GO TO THIS CIRCLE K!!! They are not all created equal, and this one is a FRAUD!

When I came to check out at the register the guy scanned it but refused to honor it, I repeatedly told him that it's a coupon to be scanned from the app to use for the self-serve slurpee and food, and he still gave me the dirty look and said whatever he sees on the screen is what he can let us use. He kept throwing excuses at me and tantrums about it, saying that I was using my rewards points to get it instead of the coupons and scammed the hell out of it. Forced me to pay for it, even though the coupon said slurpee and self serve food item are free of charge. Now I have 2 points in my 7Rewards account all thanks to his nonsense (even though I didn't even pay for the refreshments and I had him cancel it) and refusal to redeem my coupon for t mobile Tuesdays carrier promos, which explains this ghetto location. He even called for manager but instead the manager just opened another register to handle the customers, not let us get around with getting the promos redeemed. Line got held up due to this guy's drama and lack of communication. Dated location, special edition slurpee flavours are also not available/watered down and dirty conditions. This location should be shut down if they continue having incompetent staff and management there. The Pizza Hut located in this same area has been shut down due to the conditions similar to this place too.
