So I have had this poke craving for going on a month now, and decided to have my daughter try it. Well.. lesson learned. Not all poke spots are the same! I'm not sure if the salmon or shrimp was old, but it definitely made my stomach turn. I don't like how there's many different flavors of salmon that kind of makes me think they through a bunch of sauce on it to just make it taste not AS old. There's no thai tea, just Pepsi products, Gatorade and tea in a fridge that sounds like it's about to give out. The rice was hard! Me and my daughter couldn't even finish our bowls. Bad experience. This place used to be really cool but I've had 2 poor experiences recently. 1st, I ended up coming in once with the manager here to make my bowl, and she legitimately looked like she was off drugs. Either coke or speed, because she was moving WAY too fast when it wasn't even busy, and made my bowl poorly. She was throwing the tongs everywhere and cross contaminating fish into other containers, (as in, they were flying around and fish was flying into other containers) she was super stingy with my scoops of veggies like cucumbers and seaweed salad, and when I asked for more, she said normally she would charge extra for it (I don't want EXTRA scoops of stuff, I just want a reasonably amount if I'm paying 20 BUCKS for fish and rice) And then she put an ungodly amount of spicy mayo on my bowl when I just asked for a little bit. She frickin squeezed the bottle like a toddler. Then another occasion, I come in and ask to sub out tuna for salmon on the poke nachos because my girlfriend was interested in and doesn't like to eat tuna. The staff are insistent on me not being able to do that because maybe the manager is anal about it. Fine, whatever. And to make everyone happy I decide to order another bowl, I wanted to get a separate item with salmon, and then the tuna nachos, and then just have the lady making my bowl do a switcheroo and put the tuna on the bowl and the salmon on the nachos. That way it doesn't matter and it's like nothing even happened. The girl at the desk was amused at the thought, and I knew she didn't care as much but some guy butted in and just outright told me no. Why? I'm the one paying, and we're the ones eating it. I'm not robbing you guys, I'm paying money, so what do you guys care? That guy just wanted to be a Dbag. Because there's no difference in me buying everything, and then switching it when I get home, it makes no difference. But since you guys wanted to be sticklers you're not getting my money. I've been coming here for years when Im in the mood for poke but I may as well go to a normal sushi spot now since everything is getting so expensive. Screw you guys, good luck with business considering costs are going up more and people are eating out less. read more

If the regular staff is so professional and clean, then how the heck is the "manager" such a disaster? Similar experience to another person who already reviewed; the female manager had erratic behavior and appeared to be on drugs. She flung food around and contaminated other containers while trying to prepare my bowl. I asked for a condiment in a small container instead of directly on the bowl and she made a comment about it usually costing extra. She charged me over $10 for half of an avocado which is outrageous but even worse I discovered the avocado was going bad. This was such a bizarre and unsettling experience. I called the store and an employee confirmed she is the manager. I really hope the owner sees this and changes the manager. All the teenagers and young adults who work there are way more qualified than the lady I experienced. read more

Great spot for poke! The fish is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the bowls are fully customizable with tons of options. Everything tastes high quality and the place is always clean and so welcoming. A couple weeks ago we came in and Diana (the manager) was fantastic -- super friendly, professional, and clearly cares about running a great place. We came back again today and Nathan helped us, and he had such a great attitude and great customer service. They even brought out a little salmon treat for our pups which absolutely made their day . That kind of service really stands out. Awesome food, great people, and great service. Highly recommend Poke Delight in Eastvale if you're looking for fresh poke and a friendly atmosphere. This is a place I have come for the past 3 years and has not failed me till this day. The fish is always so fresh, well seasoned and the best choices of toppings. The place stays clean so you can definitely eat there, nothing fancy the food is the star. The service is very quick and the set up on how you order is very efficient. I love the choice of toppings and choice is sauces. They also let you sample the fish first if you'd like before choosing! Highly recommend if you're in the area for great fresh poke for a great price definitely worth every penny, my total came out to $18. read more

I often order in advance so my interactions with the staff have been limited but they seem very kind. Inside's always clean, you can tell they take a lot of care with making sure everything's tidy, which is always appreciated. Food-wise, portions are fair which I appreciate as well considering how some restaurants have a tendency to skimp out on takeout orders (from my experience though lol). I usually order a bowl with half-and-half rice/salad and I've never had undercooked rice or salad that had wilted leaves, It's always perfect, same for the salmon and tuna! Every once in a while when I'm in town, I stop by Poke Delight to enjoy a fresh and delicious meal. They truly never disappoint. I stopped by today, and upon walking in, I was greeted by Diana. It's refreshing to see when the staff treats you with the utmost respect and the amazing service is a plus! Additionally, I'd like to add how amazing Diana is. In the short time I was here, not only did she help me decide with the many options they have, I noticed her picking up supplies from a supplier, she'd cleaned the windows, and still helped other incoming customers. I can't speak for everybody, but in my book, she truly is amazing! This establishment is truly lucky to have Diana on their team! In regards to ambience, it's very inviting and welcoming, and the place is spotless! I don't expect perfection, but one of my biggest pet peeves is seeing a filthy establishment, and it makes me think twice about giving them my business. Fish quality was alright. The portions were a little small. But the worker and timely preparation was nice.

We had a very disappointing lunch at this location. They were out of a number of things (salmon, furikake, garlic chips, edamame, ice), and it was only partially notated by the cash register, which is after you've completed ordering. They did not mix any of the ingredients, and the amount of sauce they put on top rendered our food almost inedible. The jalapeño chunks were massive and thickly sliced. Each table had a bottle of hot sauce on it, which was clearly labeled "refrigerate after opening." We also noted while we were eating the the next people came in and waited for several minutes, and no one came to help them. By the time we left, they still had not been helped. We came by over the weekend for a quick lunch. We bought the 2 proteins bowl and the 3 proteins bowl. Same sized bowl. They don't have chips here and while they have hot cheetos crumbs for the pokerito, they don't have it for the bowls. The proteins and the other ingredients were fresh. I was surprised that the staff just added the base, proteins, toppings and then poured sauces all over the bowl. Usually they'll ask for the proteins and mix them with sauces first before putting them on the base. Different technique? I also didn't see octopus for the protein. They do have a more extensive selections on the salmon and shrimp though. Overall the bowls will satisfy your hunger and it's decently priced. We ate at the establishment and they kept the tables and floors clean. read more

This place isn't what it used to be. Now it's very small portions, rice that's not fully cooked, salmon with gray skin (I know it's safe to eat but let's be real no one wants that--it tastes extra fishy), and all overpriced. I know workers need to move fast, but sometimes the bowls look very messy; part of the experience should be pretty looking bowls like in their pictures. Today, the worker added my toppings with her hands, but the person before she used the scoopers. She had gloves on but still, it just doesn't make a pleasant experience. To top it off, I bit into a piece of wrapping I didn't know was in my food. Macaron ice cream is still the best thing there, but I hope the quality goes back up like it was a couple years ago. We recently moved to the area, my son and I love Poke so we were happy to have found this place. The first time we went, only my son got a bowl and everything was good. The second time we went, I decided to grab a bowl too and I can safely say I hope I never have to go back. The first time we went, there was a screen with S, M, or L, the second time we went the screen was off so my son asked for a S and the employee stated they only had a kid size or a 1 size, they didn't have sizes which I thought was odd. I was charged for a 2 scoop and a 3 scoop bowl even though both were 2 scoops. I was also charged twice and It took about 10mins and one of the employees having to FaceTime someone named Ethan for them to figure out how to fix the issue. The rice was SO stale the employees seemed clueless like they didn't know what they were doing, my son asked for Spicy mayo the employee stated they didn't have it and just gave my son a red sauce that was like sweet and sour without even asking my son, I came after my son and asked for the spicy mayo and she gave it to me with no problem. I only got like 5 pieces of shrimp with a full cup of rice, so the protein to carbs ratio was OFF. I asked for a coconut and chocolate Macaron, even though the picture and name was right in front of her she couldn't figure out which one was which. Went tonight about 8:15pm they close at 9pm and the cashier couldn't have acted more like we were such an inconvenience. We asked her what was some of the most popular plates/bowls/toppings were and she said all of them... like okay then. We went to pay with cash (no signs stated they didn't take cash) and she said they're not taking cash at this time. That should be advertised as that was all I had at the moment and needed to figure out another way to pay. I LOVE Poke so I'm in town to try this. $16.99 for 4 scoops. Any more I guess that's average price. The amount the server gave me was generous and I appreciate that. It's interesting to have a few protein selection that I'm not familiar with: Hawaiian salmon poke and Spicy citrus salmon. Server offered to let me try one, so I asked to try for the spicy citrus salmon... my mouth is on fire. I went with two scoops of the Hawaiian one as my two scoops and 2 regular salmon for my other two protein. Usually other poke place would mix the protein with sauces, but this place just place things on the bowl. Ambiance of the place is fine. Nothing to complain about. read more
