Their drink signs shown as 2 for $4.45. So I asked guy to confirmed the price and then he said yes. But when I saw the charge, it didn't reflect correctly. So I asked again what happened? He said sign is wrong. And then attitude as I am a annoying customer. I asked for money back then he tried to give me less money in cash. Shady and unreliable! They had two Red Bulls for $4.39 and two next size up for 5.99 he straight up told me "No!" when I told him the sale then he ripped all the sale prices off and told me he wasn't going to give me the sale price this was about 7pm Oct 28th 2022. He told me none of them were on sale and his manager told him not to sell them for anything other than the price that rings up. So this Chevron is straight up false advertising products and not honoring the sale price!!!! No one use them! read more

This gas station used to be great. It was purchased by new owners and has since went drastically downhill. The employees are always on their phones with little care of the customers needs. Much of the food in the store is far past expiration or not in stock. The fuel pumps are not maintained and as a result commonly out of order. read more

I have used this gas station a dozen or so times and it has earned this review. This place is poorly maintained. Pumps are old and often out of order, trash cans are typically overflowing, window wash fluid water is black and dirty even first thing in the morning. I hope they can put some effort in making this gas station live up to being called a Chevron, its not nice nor is it clean and it needs improvement. I am paying extra for the gas but also to use a nice station... this gas station does not meet my expectations. Convenience store is small and lacking selection, but shares space with taco bell which I am sure is nice for some. With such a convenient location it could do so much better with some improvements. read more

It is conveniently located right off Laguna Blvd immediately after getting off I-5, and is never packed when I go. Plenty of pumps and enough space to drive around to get in and out. I have never been in the convenience store but it looks decent; gas seems to be a bit pricier than average but I do think they have better quality gas than some other places. One star off for no car wash. I thought they had one at first but it's actually a Taco Bell drive-thru ;) read more

I am appalled by a man named Wyatt. "Finna not tryna take back my return" Let's just say my day was off to a wonderful start until I stepped foot into that chevron. This Caucasian male with tattoos all over and a gold chain around his neck that said "100" gave my the worst customer service I've ever received. While I was waiting in line waiting to make a return I heard this man make a racially insensitive remark. It was if he was making fun of African Americans and their culture as a whole. It seemed as though he was mocking the way people of the African American community speak. And when I looked at his name tag I was astounded. Under his name was a sticker that read " store manager". This man is not qualified to be the manager of a restroom. One other thing that was extremely upsetting was he charged me for a car freshener when we both knew I didn't buy a car freshener. This Chevron has plenty of pumps and they all work. The location is convenient being close to the freeway, Starbucks and a car wash. What more can a car ask for? Other than that, it's your typical gas station with an overpriced mini mart. read more

Definitely have to agree with some of the other Yelpers who have reviewed this Chevron. It's really one of the better Chevrons around (or at least that I've been to). It's always been clean, there are plenty of pumps (I wanna 16 total pumps?...2 rows, 4 stations, 2 pumps at each station), and the employees are really nice. One of the attendants there who was cleaning up the lot came up to me one night to tell me how much he admired my car. We ended up having a long conversation about cars that I almost forgot that the pump was still inside my car. Mini-mart inside feels a bit small compared to other station's marts, though. Other than that, everything else is good and always gotta give an extra star for that Chevron Techron technology. read more

I Love this Location anytime I'm in the area I always have to stop by..!! Wyatt & Tracy are one of the coolest and friendliest people u could meet.. I remember I was having a rough day; not to long ago I walked out laughing and the guy sitting inside said look u walked in mad and now u can't stop laughing.. jus running in for gas and my whole mindset was changed because of love this location gives.. Wyatt is one of the coolest Managers I have came across in awhile.. (although I miss his Bieber cut) I see why every time I come in everyone looks happy to be there.. with great management u get a great staff.. I Chevron.. and I love this location !! Located in a nice neighborhood it's clean without the graffiti scratched all over the pumps. I also prefer the Techron additive. Nice mini mart and Taco Bell clean. Not sure how the restroom are, never had the urge. read more

It's located in a residential neighborhood in West Laguna near some fast food restaurants. The prices aren't the cheapest, but it's clean, the mini mart is decent and the service is ok. read more

The car vacuum does not work and there's no sign on it to let customers know. You have to pay $1.50 to use the vacuum and I was not reimbursed for my monetary loss. The lazy employee who waddled to the trash dumpster would not even look at the vacuum to assess what I was describing. Instead he tells me that all he can do is call the vacuum repair company. I said thank you and went to another gas station to use their functioning vacuum. read more

One of the better Chevron's. Has a McDonald' with a drive-thru, Extra Mile quick mart and gas. It's surrounded by other fast food and hotels and is easy access to I-5. The place is always clean. Drive-thru can be slow at times and the gas prices can be on the high end. But it's right off the freeway and close to a lot of convenience, so you pay for that. I end up here a lot. read more

What a joke! We walked in this morning and the two workers were talking so loud complaining about their jobs. They continued to complain back and fault while waiting on us. This is my new place for a soda and lottery tickets. We went there on the spur of the moment and the lady behind the counter could not have been nicer! She even gave me a new Lottery playslip cover! I didn't know they were even out. She said "I always like to give them to people who need them". We also bought propane and the man carried it to the car for us! I just wish this place was more within walking distance. So worth the extra time and effort to get there! My new favorite Chevron! So awesome. read more
