I was so fed up I was going to have a tow truck come and pick up the car from his mother's house where he works or whatever. So finally he says come get it and it's running and gets worried I won't pay him.... Why would I do that after being hosed for a week. Anyway I did pay him his over priced parts cost and broken by him parts cost and labor requested. However now after getting my car back he left the battery strap sitting on the top of the motor.... Literally!! And he left other parts in the engine compartment and to put it on top this guy takes my two month old battery out and puts in a battery that only hold a 39 percent charge and would not return my calls today so I just spent 300 more today. I will be letting every know if he pays me for the new battery I just had to buy or not and that will determine if he gets taken to small claims court for this entire mess. Happy some of you seemed to have gotten what you payed for...... oops forgot the final kicker charging me for two gallons of Coolant and my reservoir is empty??? I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

Blackstone Ave. The prices are the same as other places that conduct oil changes in the area. A big difference is that you can drive through and depending on what time of day and if they're not busy, you should be done in like 15 to 20 minutes. I was in and out the Manager on duty Joey even came out and assisted with my car due to. It's a smaller vehicle and requires some extra assistance for maintenance. This is the first time that I ever experienced a manager actually in introducing themselves during an oil change so I appreciated that and I'm sure other customers do as well. I also had got the replacement of the car engine filter. Thank goodness they had the engine filter in stock. Overall, I was highly pleased with the services provided to my vehicle. I will be returning in the near future for updated maintenance.
