Again, we have been frauded from this gas station. This unfortunately looks like it has been an unresolved issue for some time now. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are rude. My card and my husband's card had both been compromised here. Someone I know had thousands taken after not checking her account for a few weeks. Now she has texts alerts. It's such a hassle freezing your card, disputing charges and waiting on a new card. The manager won't do anything and is not helpful at all. After someone is hit once again and post it online, it's flooded with many many responses saying it's happened to them too. Just avoid this place. Until they start taking some responsibility they can lose money instead. There are other gas stations around. read more

This place has slow incapacitated and uneducated cashiers. The manager "Melanie" is blind and accuses people of stealing according to her CLEAR security cameras watching them from home when she's bored. Long lines slow service would not recommend and would not be surprised if they get shut down one day for horrible service, their gas pumps always have bee's near the trash bins and the pumps are often out of service. I give this place 0 stars but does not give me an option for that! read more

i spend aprox. 600.00 a month at this station since they opened, today i filled up my wive's explorer and purchased a car wash. The wash was closed so I had to park and go inside for a refund, I paid 9 for the wash and only refunded 5.40, their loss is only going to be $7,200.00 this upcoming year. Got a car wash due to their cheaper gas prices. Went through the drive thru then went to the gas machine. When I was attempting to get the cheaper gas prices, it didn't have an option for it. So i went on inside the mart with my car wash receipt and asked for the discount. They stated that they don't offer the discounts if you get gas AFTER the wash. But if you decide to get the car wash after putting in gas, they'll give you the discount. It makes zero sense. End of the day, i got a terrible automated car wash (worst ive had; although it makes no sense how one automated car wash could be so much worse than another) and no discount on gas prices. Car had water marks everywhere, several scratches, and dirt not removed. read more

This gas station is so close and it has car wash too but went on Saturday, August 22, 2015 filled up with gas and sure enough today a bunch of charges have been made to my American Express card. I called the station and she said that they have had pumps inspected and they don't know what else to do. She said the reports are with people who swipe card at pumps. read more

Do not use this Chevron and pay by credit card, or your card info will be immediately stolen and used at other gas stations. This location has been aware of an ongoing problem for months, but has done nothing to protect our identity. Go anywhere else. Don't forget to tell visiting friends and family. read more

Staff at the cash registers inside the store are rude. Gas prices are average for the area, sometimes higher than others; sometimes not. I try to avoid it when I can. read more

The girl with the bad black eyeliner with black hair is rude, if you don't ask for the receipt she will over charge you. She got one over me once, took me for more than $3. Now I always ask for a receipt and she has had to refund my money twice. She is sneaky so watch out for her. Now if you go there late at night, they play rap music with profanity. Yeah like F this Bitch that, crazy right. So be prepared to study your receipt and not go in on grave shift, you'll be alright. Besides that the older lady's are alright, the place is clean and they do have a lot of sales for energy drinks. read more

I was hit with credit/debit card theft in March 2015 and again last week from this station. Do not use your credit or debit card at this station or at the Circle K station off of Mission Trail as someone allowed a purchase from my card which was declined. My daughter was hit as well a month ago as well. The cards are used here in Lake Elsinore, Orange, Yorba Linda, Gardena, Harbor City and L.A. My daughter went to get gas on Tuesday and paid with cash inside the clerk asked her if she tried using her debit card (I have never been asked that by any retailer). The girl was in her 20's , brown hair with a blond streak in it. Most likely she is in on the theft of the credit card numbers. Beware the theft is going on still and appears to be internal and since the use is 100 of miles away most likely the owner is a part of the theft. read more

Why is it that almost every time I go here the pumps don't work! The car wash breaks! Frustrating!!

The service is so Great!!! This is the only place i get gas and the cashier Amy is so friendly and the cashier Raquel is sexy!!

I go there all the time and they always have great gas prices and inside the store, restroom is always clean, employee service is great. After reading the other reviews I went inside and the cashier gave me the regional manger's phone number right away. I called the regional manager and I talked to him he told me that they called the secret service to check the pumps and that the secret service agent came to the station and checked all the pumps and found no evidence of any scheming devices in the pumps. He also told me that they always have security seals at the pumps which are checked on a daily basis for tampering. After talking to the regional manager I feel confident that my credit card information is not compromised at the station. read more
