a gas pump with a sign on it
    Craig T.

One of the highest priced gas in town. I choose to go here over Costco which is less per gallon but not worth my time waiting in the ridiculous lines. But I now will wait at Costco, unfortunately, being that this gas station has become horrible. 50 percent of the pumps are out of service. So there are long lines to wait. The card readers are hit or miss. Have to go in to pay or move to another pump, and almost every time I come to this location the pumps are out of paper to print receipts and you have to go inside and wait for a receipt. So if I am going to wait and not save anytime, I will go wait in the Costco line. At least their pumps work and better customer service. Plus save money. Terrible and Chevron. Shame on your. Charge more and have horrible service.

This is my fav place to get a quick car wash. It's drive thru, affordable and they do a great job. I always use the $2 off coupon from Las Vegas valley water website so the regular exterior wash comes out to $7 after discount. For every 10 washes you get a free vip wash! That is cleaning your car inside and out!! Also during Christmas time they run a promotion for $20 bonus card if you buy a $100 gift card. I always buy one for myself!! :D They also have monthly plans starting at $29.99/month for unlimited car wash. You also get a free birthday wash!! The staff is very friendly.

You need a canopy to protect these kids working in three digit temperatures!

I usually go to the Flamingo & Arville location, I was chocked when I came here to see these kids working in three digit temperatures without a canopy over there heads like the one in the other location, the palm trees are useless! Plus there is no shaded area for the customers either! Unacceptable! You need to take better care of your employees!!

The shit employee with attitude and zero responsibility.

I've had a monthly plan since they came out with them years ago. Overall I was decently happy with the plan but learned real quick it matters which location you go to as some have amazing, caring workers and some have shit workers. This one used to be ok-ish but has quickly gone down hill. Several times not cleaning my car properly but hey, how picky can you be when you're getting such a great deal? I learned my lesson the hard hard way today. I have really dark tint. On my passenger front window I had a crack in my tint. When I pulled up I asked the man to please please make sure to not touch the tint and be really careful as I don't want it to get worse before being able to take it in. This is important as I drive for uber, it's the weekend and my car needs to look nice. I had the tint where it wasn't noticeably bad unless pointing it out. Guy says no problem. I say great the $5 in the cup holder is for you...... Fast forward to my car being finished. The man that took my car is NoT the one to clean it. I get in my car and the girl that hands me my keys says have a nice day. I look straight at my window and am pissed! My tint is completely ripped off on 3 sides and tucked into the window crease so I hopefully don't notice. I call the girl over and ask wtf! I said did the man tell you not to touch my passenger front window? She said no! I said I told him not to and he promised y'all wouldn't but here we are now and my tint is completely ripped off! She told the manager I ripped it off and took no responsibility being a little irresponsible shit. I am and was never asking for my tint to be replaced by them, I wanted them to A) listen to my request as a customer and just leave that window the f alone and B) take freaking responsibility and say sorry. Instead the shit employee tried to blame me. Lesson learned. I canceled my monthly after years of going. I'll never go back to this terrible Terribles again. The manager Anthony Clayton is zero help and was just condescending. The shit employee was such a cocky little girl. She deserves no job in customer service and has a lot of growing up to do since she can't admit her mistakes. Instead she got scared and tried to blame me. Shame on them all.

This is where I normally go to get a car wash if I don't do it myself. I went around 4pm on a Monday and it was slightly busy. I go through the car wash and park behind a the vehicles to be wiped down and interior to be cleaned. I paid for the top selection that was the most costly, therefore I figured I would be there for a while. WRONG! My car was the last one in line AND was finished first. I was thinking maybe there was multiple employees cleaning my vehicle. I was wrong again. There were stains, clearly nothing was wiped down, under my seats weren't vacuumed, it smelt really bad in my car like old laundry that's been sitting in the washer for days! I will not be returning!

    They kept things moving!

We have a monthly car wash plan for our cars at Terrible's. We had never been to this location, so decided to try it out. This one is different than the other two we have been using, as you stay inside your car for the wash. Usually, the car is left with the attendant, and they vacuum it and drive it through the wash. We stayed inside through the wash, and then were directed to the drying lane at the end. At that point, they took over and dried the car and vacuumed it. This team was very efficient, thorough and professional. Car looked great. Good job!

Clean car, happy car! After a long drive from NorCal the yellow beast always needs tender loving care. A shower and a rubdown is a must and beast gets it right here where the guys do a great job of making it look like brand new! It has come to a point where if I leave my hands off the wheel, the yellow son of gun will end up here on its own!!

Since moving to Vegas from Cali, I haven't been able to find a good car wash place. Coming across Terrible Herbst changed all of that. There are countless Terrible H located all over Las Vegas and this one is located right across from Red Rock casino by chevron. I highly recommend getting the 29.99 monthly plan which give you unlimited washes! They hand dry your car and vacuum for a spotless perfection! I highly recommend this place for anyone new to the area or just looking for a new car wash spot! Quick and professional! 10/10

Went to get my vehicle washed and i wasted my money!!!! They didn't even vacuum and i paid for that i will not ever return here to get a car wash i am so upset like why pay over $30 for nothing at all....I would not recommend you to take your car here because they won't clean it you would do better cleaning your own vehicle!!! I am so upset i wasted my money

    Sasha A.

Great car wash. I have the monthly plan. I definitely suggest getting the $29.99 or $49.99 deal. My car is always spotless

Not even wipe with their wash cloth. They don't deserve to go to this place

The previous old employees here are really good.... but they're gone... newly hire are really worst and lazy with a bad attitude.

Costco Gas functions as a remarkably disciplined circulation system disguised as a fuel station…read more High vehicle volume remains inseparable from the Costco gas model, yet this location distinguishes itself through unusual logistical lucidity. Among the Costco gas stations encountered across multiple regions, this one delivers the cleanest traffic choreography: direct ingress, intelligible lane progression, and departure patterns that seldom collapse into the agitation commonly associated with overcrowded warehouse lots. The configuration eliminates much of the spatial confusion that burdens weaker Costco layouts. No serpentine barricade corridors, no artificially blocked exits, no atmosphere of vehicles improvising around one another in search of an opening. Drivers enter through a centralized approach, identify a lane quickly, advance with minimal hesitation, and exit without the sense of compression or antagonism that frequently accompanies high-volume fueling stations. That coherence carries unusual value inside a Costco parking complex, where pedestrians, shopping carts, warehouse traffic, and circulating vehicles already compete for limited spatial attention. Pricing supplies the incentive; organization sustains the experience. Fuel lines at Costco are expected. What elevates this location is the absence of operational friction layered on top of that expectation. Movement remains continuous, lane transitions remain comprehensible, and the station preserves a sense of procedural order even during periods of substantial demand. Attendant visibility reinforces that order. Staff circulate continuously across the pump lanes rather than remaining concealed behind a kiosk window waiting for escalation after a malfunction has already stalled the queue. Card-reader issues, pump confusion, and routine customer questions are intercepted quickly and resolved in place. Their presence transforms supervision into an active component of the station's circulation pattern rather than a remote administrative function. The cumulative effect is unusually refined for a Costco gas operation. This location does not attempt to disguise volume; it orchestrates it. Clear ingress, fluid lane progression, conspicuous staff presence, and disciplined spatial management convert what could easily become an abrasive logistical bottleneck into one of the smoothest Costco fueling experiences in the region.

Public Review / Complaint…read more This location is the reason I rarely stop here. The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees.

They have three tiers of car wash and I ended up getting the second one ($15 value). They accept card which was nice. Before you enter the drive through car wash, there are 2 workers who spray the car and scrub it down a bit. Then it goes through the car wash (not too long but gets the job done). Upon exiting the car wash, there's also 2 workers who hand-dry your car with towels, and the car wash tier I purchased comes with tire shining (even my partner commented on how shiny my tires were and asked where I got my car wash haha) ! I felt that the workers here definitely deserve a tip. To give them a tip, just roll down your window after they hand-dry and the guy closest to the driver's window will collect it.
