The inside of this Shell has a very nice and modern looking food mart with several aisles of food items, and a cooler along the back wall with various beverages. There is also a Subway sandwich shop inside. This will probably be my regular gas station from now on. PRO TIP FOR ALL SHELL GAS STATIONS: Shell is partnered with Ralphs grocery stores through the Ralphs Rewards program. For every $100 spent at Ralphs, you earn a $0.10 cent per gallon discount at Shell, up to a maximum discount of $1.00 per gallon. Most Fridays, Ralphs has a coupon in their app to get 4x fuel points for Ralphs purchases made on that day. He then proceeded to say that he wouldn't pay if nothing was filled. She then tells my boyfriend that he still has to pay because she came outside to do this....mind you this is part of her job? I told him that he was very rude and he said "f*** you" which I responded with I hope you have a better day and left. I've never ever had a customer service experience like this, it's unfortunate that I will never be back at this location as it is my local gas station. The drying time offered at the end was 90 seconds, so plenty of time. Overall, it got most of the gunk off, and only left a few spots that needed some elbow grease. The process was quick and easy, making it perfect for a fast clean while filling up on gas. The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it. Second it was better but there was still residue but I ended up just using some hot water at home to remove the residual. Overall good touchless car wash. Will be back again.
