Being that my husband's client reimbursed for this trip to the gas station I decided to give this Chevron station a try, and it was the only station literally on my way home. This Chevron location is literally one of the most expensive stations in town by as much as $1 a gallon, so I don't usually stop here, possibly never have. Now I know this location has atrocious service. In the photo I have here you can see the attendants head in the window of the attendant booth just over the black vehicle's roof. Attendant will not come out to tell patrons need to come into the booth to charge. If not in the know, you just sit with no idea what's going on. I was in my car for a couple minutes, the only vehicle at the service pumps before rolling down my window to make eye contact with the attendant who was standing inside the booth, only maybe 20 feet away. The attendant said something to me, not even in a loud enough voice for me to hear, but I could tell it was demanding. He said whatever it was again this time with exaggerated hand motions but still not bothering to speak at an audible volume. I had no idea what he was trying to say, so I walked to the attendant booth to find out. It may be took me 4 seconds to get there. When I stepped inside, I figured out he wanted me to run my card inside the booth, not at the pump. This time it was obvious that he was intentionally speaking at such a low volume and agitated manner with more hand gestures. I know I would need a receipt, so I shared this. Here I actually got words that were intelligible in an answer back. He said something along the lines of "you can't have a receipt until you have to run your card" with more agitated gesturing towards a machine. I ran my card, and asked for a fill with regular. The attendant did then engage in leaving the booth to pump the gas. When the attendant removed the nozzle he did so right as he walked up to my vehicle and it was still pumping gas; he stopped before my tank was full, then proceeded to walk off without giving me a receipt. I did get the receipt; however, I knew I was leaving at about a loss of about $14. Only 21 gallons went into my tank, and with only 40 miles left on the gas gauge before filling, that means the pump still had around another 3 gallons to go on filling to be a full tank. I had a feeling back in the attendant booth that the attendant did not respect me, because I was a woman, and was treating me as he did because of this. Either way, he wasn't treating me as a fellow human. Between the attendant just walking off after going to retrieve the receipt he forgot/didn't care to give me and his treatment of me thus far, I decided to leave 3 gallons short, instead of engaging with him further. The owner of this gas station is AWOL except for collecting a check. The pumps at the gas station are completely neglected and barely work. The buttons don't work and the screens are unreadable. Such a dump. read more

What's the point of a gas station having someone sitting inside a booth if they're completely useless when customers arrive to get gas? Been coming to this location for years and service has gone extremely down hill, especially by gas station low standards. Went this morning and I personally choose to not pump my own gas because my child is typically with me and i don't want to touch the pump stuff then touch them getting them out the car. I also get elaborate artwork nails done and don't want to risk messing them up. Waited 15 minutes with my window down while the guy was in the booth ignoring me listening to music very loud. Saw him looking at me a few times too. A woman came up to him and sat in the booth, assuming to start her shift, and also ignored me and I hear her reciting my license plate to him. Very bizarre and insanely poor customer service. read more

To the owner of the station at the Sylvan exit on Skyline: The attendant working on Friday the 4th of July at 11 am was completely unhelpful. He was sitting in the booth and did not come out. We were at the service (not self service) lane and it appeared there was no attendant. We inserted our card but couldn't get the gas to pump and eventually went inside the store as it appeared there was no attendant in the booth. The person behind the counter said we needed to talk with the attendant in the booth. We knocked on the door and the attendant opened the door and rudely said "what do you want?". We said we wanted to gas. He didn't get up and looked annoyed and said "well put your card in and get gas". We decided to take our business elsewhere. When we asked his name he said "you don't get that information". This not the kind of customer service we expect. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!! I went here yesterday and paid at the stand because the pump card reader was messed up. I paid $15 and got my gas. Once I was in my car about to leave the gas attendant started flagging me down saying my payment didn't work and I needed to pay again. I pulled up my bank account and I was IN FACT charged $15 already. I told him this and he continued to come up to my car and verbally harass me in the most aggressive way possible saying he wanted to look, so I showed him and then re-explained that I wasn't going to be paying him again. He kept saying I needed to pay again to get a receipt because my payment didn't work. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED HIM I WAS ALREADY CHARGED! These people are scammers and I'm sure he has gotten away with this before with people who weren't able to easily check their banking app. Absolutely ridiculous and as a young girl it was very uncomfortable and scary having this grown man come up to my car in such an aggressive manner demanding I pay more. DO NOT GO HERE! It's right next to my place of work and I will now be going out of my way to a different place to buy gas. read more

This is a very shady business and I learned that they have a bitcoin ATM which my relative was scammed into feeding cash into. I physically visited the station and took photographs. When I called to ask to speak to the owner I was told they would not give me their information and they denied that they even had the bitcoin ATM. It really makes me wonder if they are in on the scam! read more

The worst has station experience I've ever had! Pete, who put gas in my car, was rude, condescending and confrontational. I requested $5 of gas and he filled my tank and said, ""Oops, I forgot". When I asked what he planned to do about his mistake he said " Nothing. and I could accept it out make a fuss " He refused to give me the owners name but said if I asked him nicely he'd give the owner name and number. read more

Paid cash for gas and when I pulled out my gas gauge was exactly where it was when I pulled in. I think the attendant didn't put any in! Next time I'll ask for a receipt if I ever have to go there again- which I don't plan on doing! read more

Gas attendant was an absolute jerk, so much so I left without filling up despite being on empty. Even though this is the closest station to my house I will not be returning. read more

After being told, 'Move! I need room to pump the gas', I told 'John' he should change his attitude toward paying customers. His response was, 'Go f*ck your mother before I do'. When I looked at him in shock, his additional response was, 'What are you going to do about it?' To the owners of this Chevron; when I find out who you are and how you allow this, I'm going to escalate the living hell out of this. Go here only if you have to - and I do mean that. They just happen to be in that spot where there really is nothing else around for quite a few miles (since the Plaid Pantry across the street might even be worse!). Even if you are on fumes, try to make it to another stop for gas - your pocket book and mindset will thank you since they are not just ridiculously expensive but rude. The other customers are pretty horrific and rude as well - we have nearly been clipped by another rushing car in the lot trying to get in and out since there are piles of food places with no where to park whatsoever! read more

Gas station with no restroom. Went into Subway next door and they lock their bathrooms and make it very clear they are not connected with the gas station. Thankfully Starbucks let us use their bathrooms. The gas attendants are outside doing the Oregon gas pump thing that they leave their store completely unattended. When I explained the bathroom concerns to the worker, he shrugged and said...it is what it is. We actually stopped because our kids had to go to the bathroom, the gas was secondary. They've got gas. Gas and slow service. But gas they have indeed. I didn't venture inside at this location, so I'm not really sure if they have anything other than gas, but if you need gas, then they definitely have it. read more

Stopped after a long drive to use the restroom and Ken wouldn't allow us to. When we where leaving he started yelling something so I rolled my window down to hear him and he was trying to get me to fight him, he started taking off his hat and jacket.. I yelled back and asked to speak to him manager and he laughed and stated he didn't care about his piece if crap job anyway and continued to yell nasty things at me. Keep in mind I never talked to this guy or even got out of my car. Just my husband who used subways restroom and didn't say a word to him.. I'm am disgusted! There is no contact information except for the number to the phone he answered and hung up on me when I asked to speak with the supervisor.. 3x! This place is a joke my husband has a medical condition and this guys behavior could have serious consequences on him or other people! read more

I don't expect every employee to be super cheerful, but I do expect a certain level of professionalism. I went to this gas station twice in the past week and had a different employee. Both were extremely rude. I have never felt the need to write a negative Yelp review until today. I will not be returning. read more

Thought I'd stop at this convenient location knowing I would pay a premium for the supreme gas. I also thought I'd clean my windshield, the Squeegee was falling apart, the water was filthy and no towels. I pulled the pump out and asked the attendant "no paper towels?"
