I've thrown in the towel officially with this location due to the cashier/baggers when cashing out at the check stand This would be the 3rd time I've come here in the last 3-4 months where my groceries have been damaged by the cashier who scans and lets the items run and bunch up to the young man or woman who with my damn luck always seem to end up bagging my groceries. This past Sunday I left beyond angry. Long story short the young man bagging my items put my eggs at the bottom after he placed a rubber band over the carton to secure them - he placed the eggs at the bottom and proceeded to stack the first orange juice bottle, packs of rice and shampoo bottles ALL ON TOP OF THE EGGS. Second, he shoved everything else in bags making them very heavy and lastly placed the strawberries and berries and tomatoes at the bottom and then put the remainder of my bottle items on top. I seriously can't with the individuals who they have bagging. I told the young man to NOT over bag and he didn't listen he got frustrated at me... lol at ME!!!! Because I asked him to not damage my items. He listed so well that he placed all the heavy bags on top of other heavy bags in the cart. I'm just over it with this fucking location. While I shopped I watch a young lady with a young boy In a stroller who were with a Gypsy who was outside begging for money - steal a stuffed anymore from the floral department - she casually walked in took the stuffed animal and handed it to the young boy. She walked around produce for awhile then walked out without paying. Disgusting and so easy for these ppl to just walk in be steal as they beg for shit outside the store. I'll drive further out at this point now. Either bag at self check out or prepare for your items to be destroyed. Shame on me for even going back to this location after the last two times. read more

Stopped in for some quick hot lunch. Unfortunately I encountered the most unhelpful, non caring attitudes from the Deli employees here. There was barely any hot deli food out and ready at 1130am for a weekday lunch bite. No soup, only fried chicken. That's it. And when I asked if they were going to heat up some soup, the employees made up a bunch of excuses and pretty much told me "no!" In fact, one of the deli employees was swearing up a storm about some unrelated personal matter. It was just complete ridiculous chaos with no regard to the customers. None! The manager at this store should really train their deli staff more or find new employees. I will visit another grocery store for lunch, and all my other grocery needs from now on. read more

This remains one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. The location is super convenient to/from home and over the years it has remained consistent, clean, and offers excellent customer service. As the name suggests, the products here (especially produce) are above and beyond the quality that you might find at other places. The cut melon here is our favorite! For the last couple of years we have paid for QFC's Boost next-day grocery delivery membership. It's already reasonable at $59. However, when we renewed in October, we had a $20 off coupon so we waited for it to expire and then renewed at the lower price! Most of the time I prefer to run errands and pick out my own groceries. However, this service is very useful and has helped us out several times when I didn't have time to pick up groceries myself. I love the option to leave the groceries at the door without answering the door. Since they send regular texts giving status, this is such an easy way to know when they've been delivered and bring them in at our convenience. It's great to have the flexibility to keep changing your delivery order right up until the last minute. I'm so glad we have this QFC nearby and every staff person there is very kind, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they take pride in this store! read more

I called the QFC pharmacy to check to see if they had a particular drug. My current pharmacy stopped carrying. The lady I spoke with was the rudest person ever!! Put me on hold without asking, talked down to me in a Belittling way, and then hung up on me before I could ask a question. this insanely rude woman needs to be fired! She has no business working with the public, especially with a large percentage of the customers at this Redmond Ridge location being elderly. This lady is awful. read more

This QFC store is in a great location for me. It is the close location for people who loves in Duvall. Here, I usually find items that I cannot find at Safeway such as Zevia natural soft drink, a great variety of cheese and veggies. I really like the local products and the organic selection that seems to become bigger and bigger. The staff is really friendly as well, and the store never run into a shortage of employees, which happens very often at some Safeway stores, unfortunately. I never run into a long check out line and having paper bags with handles is a plus to me. I also like the Starbucks inside the store, especially the seats they provide. I am glad I have this QFC store close to my house, otherwise I would have to drive further to get some specific products that I cannot find in other stores. read more

I so want to like this QFC! The other grocery stores in our neighborhood are dismal. This QFC's Service varies from great to offputting. The produce, cheeses, wines are nice as are the staff. To us the deli staff tends to be lax and inattentive. Rarely friendly or enthusiastic. My wife says "slower than molasses in January ". We stopped by on 9/7/2018 for a few fruit and vegetables and decided to grab hot chicken tenders and prepared salads. The slaw was visibly watery and unappetizing. The chicken tenders were dark brown, overcooked and not much larger than chicken nuggets. We decided to pass. My impression was that the woman working the counter didn't see a problem with the chicken. read more

COVID has taken a toll on this store. While there are still a number of good employees (Amir in seafood comes to mind), it's clear that they are chronically understaffed and that the front end has become a revolving door. They usually only have one or two traditional check out lanes open - mostly depending on self check out for customers to pay for their purchases. This would be fine, but good luck trying to fit a cart of groceries on those newer machines that can barely fit a single bag of groceries on them. I suspect they cannibalized much of their staff by making them order fillers for online pickup, rather than trying to use that labor to improve in-store service. It's actually pretty clear they'd rather you not enter the store and would prefer you place an online order. I'm also not very happy with Kroger's decision to stop labeling meat and seafood with the date they were packaged - instead, just labeling it with an expiration date. While you can still hunt for the freshest item by looking at the latest expiration date, you have no idea how long it's been sitting out there and I've gotten some nasty surprises as a result, particularly with steak. To be clear, they're still better than Safeway and their corporate cousin Fred Meyer... but they've definitely slipped from being great to just good. read more

I love this grocery store! So many of the staff are kind and friendly. The floral department is absolutely amazing. They stock so many diverse items from around the world. As a young mom (or at least a mother of young kids) I'm so grateful for how thoughtful and patient the employees are with them. I love the free fruit for the kids, the employees who stop and say hello, and how quickly the cashiers scan what my child is holding and hand it back to them. One day my baby broke down in tears while I was shopping and I was trying to take care of him while keeping my toddler supervised. Out of nowhere an employee came with two helium QFC balloons for my kids. If was unbelievably perceptive and kind. I'm grateful to have such a lovely neighborhood grocery store! read more

Novelty Hill QFC has a great selection of healthy meats and often, they are are on sale! I really like the organic grass fed beef! They also sell mobile pasture raised eggs! The lady manager for the floral department is adorable as are the 2 middle aged sweet women checkers! Paul is also always pleasant and helpful! It's really nice to have a grocery store nearby when living in Redmond Ridge but we've had experiences there lately that have us driving downturn hill out of our way to another store instead. For some reason in the last 6 months or so we've noticed they've stopped stocking allot of products we would buy on a regular basis and then the other products we buy are consistently out of stock. Also, random other products will just be pushed into their place as if to make it seem like they don't have a ton of items out of stock. Pricing is mislabeled, customer service (especially at nights) leaves much to be desired and god forbid you need something from their bulk spice or food section because you'll very rarely find a baggie or container to put the product in (if it's stocked). I've actually heard people say they bring their own baggies to the store because they know there won't be anything there in the bulk section! Another example: a few nights ago we were doing some shopping and went to pay only to be informed by a nervous checker that the credit card machines haven't been working. She had us try several cards and eventually her manager came over and explained while dialing multiple people for help over his cell phone for help (who didn't pick up) that he didn't know how to fix the problem and proceeded to take out his anger and frustration with the situation on the female checker. I was so uncomfortable with what I was witnessing that I tried to deescalate the situation several times to no avail. You could tell she was extremely flustered due to the way she was being treated and to make matters worse he looked at us at one point and said "sorry about her, I hate dealing with her". We eventually paid the fee to withdraw a few hundred dollars for our groceries just to get out of the store because the situation was so uncomfortable and it was obviously not going to resolve anytime soon & people without cash were piling up! These are just a few examples of how Redmond Ridge QFC has gone seriously downhill. Someone from corporate needs to send some secret shoppers in there at different times to understand what the heck is going on here and fix it before they loose all their customers. read more

I'm taking time to do reviews on places that deserve a shout out. I appreciate the hard work of the employees at Redmond Ridge QFC. Their inventory is consistent while adding new items here and there. I really appreciate the gluten free and dairy free items through out. Keep that up. My favorite part is walking in seeing all the flowers laid out like art work. And then I turn left to see the bountiful, beautifully displayed fruit and vegetables. Nice quality market with a little something for everyone somewhere between Whole Foods and Safeway in corporate ideology. Their in-house brands taste pretty good compared to the large super market chains. Their potato salad was very good for prepackaged food sold under their own label. Some say QFC prices are high while others shop at Costco to save money by purchasing food at bulk prices. read more

In a rush we stopped in for hamburger patties. The checker upon handing me my receipt noted a recall on it. She didn't check the purchased items right there to see if our item was recalled. Upon inspection at home indeed the patties purchased were recalled, resulting in a second trip to the store. E.Coli! No thanks! If I could give a zero, I would. Pharmacy Director Lily and her staff just don't have any idea what the words customer service mean. I was there picking up a prescription that had been called in several hours beforehand. When I got there, after talking with the staff several times, they told we don't have the drubs you've requested. When I asked why they didn't tell me this, previously, they took the entitled worker stance, that I must be to blame. I can't believe how snotty they acted when they finally found a total of 5 pills that we requested. I am counting the days until we move all 12 prescriptions to a legitimate pharmacy. read more

I've never been one to have much of an opinion on a grocery store but this store has changed my perspective. From the employees to the selection, I've never experienced better. Bringing young children grocery shopping is slightly more painful than having wisdom teeth pulled, but the checkers here go out of their way to make things go smoothly and are always very warm. They always give my kids a sticker and treat and have even let them work behind the register a few times. There are even small kids carts to make their experience a little more fun (and entertaining for other patrons as they watch me try to avoid having displays knocked down by inexperienced drivers.) I've also noticed that a few things I used to have to special order on Amazon are carried here. They have a diverse range of Asian-specific ingredients, specialty drinks and fresh produce. As a bonus, I was getting hangry while shopping one day and grabbed a cup of soup from their deli area, chicken enchilada soup, I think. It was deeeelicious! I couldn't ask for more in a grocer. read more

I went there at my earliest break this morning to order a sandwich. I waited 20 mins while watching a lady at the deli make someone else's sandwich (hoagie) that wasn't even there. I've never seen a slower sandwich build in my life. I had to give up and grab a pre made sandwich because clearly this woman had no concept of other people's schedules. If I can give this place "zero" stars I would. Shelves are not stocked well, and the store manager is down right rude to the customers. The only thing this store has going for it is the convenience of the location for Redmond Ridge. Other than that, this place needs to change managers and get someone who is on their game and knows how to run a store. The manager obviously doesn't know how a successful grocery store is operated nor does he know how to treat customers with respect in the store. He seriously needs to learn a lesson or two from the downtown Bellevue store which is a class act. Dowtown Bellevue's management know their stuff and go out of their way to help their customes and not insult them. This is the worst pharmacy I've been to yet. Rude, rude, rude. I will never understand why they have four to five people working yet you can stand in line for a good 3-5 min without even an acknowledgment. I have had several bad experiences here and have since switched pharmacies. However, there was one experience that tops the charts and I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I didn't mention it. My mom had open heart surgery and I was in charge of her prescriptions. There were several different medications, approx 8-10. When I picked them up there was NO mention any med's being unavailable or on order so I thought I had received them all. Come to find out three days later her blood thinners were not filled and nobody mentioned it at the time of pick up. Anyone who has had open heart surgery knows blood thinners are a matter if life and death. My moms surgeon had to call QFC to find out what was was going on!!Thank Goodness my mom is ok! What were they thinking!? Complete and total incompetence! Please be careful when using this pharmacy. They don't seem to be the brightest bulbs in the bunch! read more

Too many times the techs have lost my prescription, or they say the meds are in stock, only to get a phone call 5 hours later informing they do not have the meds, but they would be available on Tuesday (today is Thursday and the script is for pain). Being that this QFC is on Redmond ridge, you can expect higher prices, but you also get the added benefit of having all the "fancy" extra products that you can't normally find anywhere else. This is about as swanky as it gets. Full cheese bar that is AMAZE-balls. And the seafood offers live dungeness crabs, lobster and shellfish. There is also a starbucks on site. read more

We moved to Redmond Ridge a couple months ago and love this QFC. We've been to a lot of QFC dumps, but this one is very clean, great selection of produce and very friendly cashiers. My only problems would be the lack of fresh bread selection and the quality cuts of meat. So far I'm not impressed with the butcher(s) and their cuts of beef. I love a good steak and it sucks that I have to shop at other grocery stores for a nice family pack of ribeyes. We trek down to Fred Meyer (same company) for their awesome selection of meat, fresh bread and baked goods. If this QFC steps up in their bakery and meat department, then I can give this place the 5-stars it should deserve. read more

So today I had ran into a problem with one of the foods that I purchase and luckily James one of the workers there was very understanding and had asked me to come back in and swap out what I had gotten. It was an easy transaction he was friendly and super kind and understanding. Great location. Great pricing. They are actually cheaper than Safeway. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Check out the sales rack before shopping for other items on you list. I always find one or more of the items I need on sale. They also have tremendous deals on their Dairy goods. They have woo-hoo stickers on some variety of cottage cheese at least every other week. They have the best wine and cheese selection I've seen. Even better than Whole Foods. read more

My beef may be with all QFC's and not just this one. This store has many things going for it, but a big missing element is NO WIFI! What! No WIFI?! There is a Starbucks and nice seating area in the store with a lovely fireplace, but NO WIFI. Don't know if that is at all QFC's or just ours.Had to cross the parking lot to the Mcdonalds.
