They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

I had my 2024 4Runner wrapped last January 2025 by Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. They did a…read morewonderful job and it looked better than I had ever seen it. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Especially when it was running and warmed up. I looked for places that address that issue and the only one I could find was Acme Auto Detail. Antonio was great, it was pricy, but well worth it. He removed the seats, carpet, lining in the trunk, and under the dash. He cleaned, washed, and shampooed everything and replaced the damaged insulation. It looks incredible. And better yet, the smell is gone ! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I was greeted by a friendly attendant who helped me pay at the screen and answered my questions. He gave me 2 free car air fresheners when I asked as I think brown bear's car air fresheners are superior lol the scent is 10/10 imo. The young man holding the neutral sign was also friendly with a smile on his face and acknowledged each person in their vehicle. Super friendly and professional team!!! Most brown bear locations, especially the factoria location the team is usually teens or young men in their 20s no where to be found or on their phones and/or usually always rude or simply seem like they don't want to be there. So stopping by this location was a pleasant surprise. I will return to this location and will recommend it! Thank you for the great, kind, and professional service!!

My car got broken into and I had some residual glass on my passenger's side. I also have lots of…read moredog fur from my dog who sheds like crazy. Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
