Also, my husband was wondering if it could possibly be worth leaving the interstate and going through 3 traffic circles. Bottom line: SO worth it! What a great growing town, a great local spot with friendly service and food that makes you talk with your mouth full because you can't wait to say, "Wow! Amazing!" for the 10th time. We had the brisket sandwich, fish tacos and pork. We also had the carritos, cole slaw and fries. Every bite was phenomenal! So if you live here, what are you waiting for? If you don't, take that little side Jog off the beaten path. And Guy Fieri, I expect to see an episode featuring the Nest very soon! The service was quick, the food was quick, and the decor is upscale. After the meal i had the pleasure of talking with all the staff. The cook works at the Ridgefield farmers market as well during the season. The woman i talked to was telling me about tequila tastings with some amazing distillers. And our server was a lot of fun and did a great job. The combination of good food, good conversation, and good tequila really won me over on this place.
