No stars for me I just went to 7/11 on the clock approved by my boss due to me being at work when I pulled up I saw a male mopping he saw me and walked away I didn't think anything of it till I tried to go in and it was locked I looked up at the cameras displayed in the store only to find him ducking in an ale then he continued to mop with me knocking on the door there was no a closed sign knocking to get his attention which he was clearly ignoring me he finally turned around I asked if they were open he said yes I said well can I come in he said no because he was cleaning if it had not been an emergency I would not have even waisted my time then as he see me on the phone looking for another location he then started to talk to me through the locked doors so angry o drove off bottom line is dude sucks needs to be fired read more

The employees and staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The shelves were fully stocked and the drinks were ice cold. The coffee station was more basic than some coffee stop go to but still the coffee was hot and they had all of the condiments to go with it. STAY AWAY!!!! I walked in with my teenage daughter and the female clerk accused us of stealing a baseball cap. When I asked what she was talking about, she pointed to the hat my daughter was wearing. We both looked at each other, then back at her. She was serious. I had to point out that my daughter was wearing an LA Sparks hat, and that this ridiculously sexist society doesn't sell WNBA gear anywhere outside of the stadiums/arenas and the internet. She seemed pissed, but not nearly as pissed as I am. The accusation was unfounded and she offered no apology. I won't be coming back to this nasty store. I'll stick to the one on Magnolia and Pierce. The lady that works there in the morning is beyond rude. She constantly losing her temper and tries to upcharge you. You tell her your in a crunch for time and the item that's not being able to be scanned can be left out and she'll raise her voice and let everyone know she's upset with you. Even though we walked in holding our dog you could have politely said "no pets allowed in the store" instead you rudely said "NO BEASTS ALLOWED!!" When I had my oldest wait outside with our dog, my little one was trying to understand and ask you " no dogs allowed?" you mockingly with a sarcastic face like a bully saying " NO DOGS ALLOWED!! " back at my son, and when I turned back in disbelief catching you doing that, you stop and look at me with a guilty face. At that point I should have walked out but instead I continue to gather my items that I have intended on getting and make my purchase. At the register I don't know what you were doing but it looked like you were trying to charge me 5 slurpees when I obviously had 3 on the counter. Once you noticed that I was paying attention to what you were doing you corrected the transaction. After you crumpled up my receipt I was about to walk away till I stopped and asked for my receipt. I purchase from there regularly, well use to. I bought lottery tickets along with my stuff on Dec. 18th, they denied I came in, they never gave me the receipt for the purchase so they tried to show me a video of me not purchasing on the screen in front of the register. I found my receipt that showed I pulled out money and what time and when he goes to the time on my ATM receipt I'm not by the machine. So to me it seems like they are not even showing the correct video feed to customers. I never got contacted by the manager and they said they would give back the 5 dollars for the lottery tickets back and the manager will contact me. They just ghosted me. Clean store but doesn't sell beer. They have a huge select of 7/11 brand products including flavored peanuts and iced coffee drinks. Their hot coffee bar always has multiple flavors but a little on the weak side(in my opinion). read more
