So when I asked them politely to explain the charge on my transaction and explained to him that I used my personal cup per the other employee in the stores recommendation, and asked if there was a way to refund the charge. The pumps accept debit cards and ARCO Pump Pass gift cards (which are not refillable). I won't use a debit or credit card in any pump, so I buy a couple of ARCO PP cards when i buy groceries at the supermarket. Inside, you can pay with cash, credit or debit. I don't buy anything but gas here so I cannot speak to the food and beverage selections, freshness, etc. Staff are quiet but pleasant when interacting with them. Facility and store are adequately maintained.
