I called today and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes to try to transfer to my new pharmacy, the tech tells me to call the new pharmacy and request the transfer. What??? One thing I really like about this location is how convenient the set up is for when you need medicine they have a section right up front near the checkout, so you don't have to walk all the way through the store. It made this trip super quick and easy, and thankfully it was exactly where I remembered it. I didn't plan on doing any shopping, but of course I spotted a few good deals and started grabbing more things than what I came for. I didn't even grab a cart since I thought I'd be in and out, so I ended up juggling everything in my hands. That's when an employee noticed and came over with a basket for me because he probably seen me struggling lol. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely meant a lot and helped so much in the moment. I really wish I caught his name because his customer service was amazing. Also after purchasing bread from their own brand just 3 days later it became all moldy, so makes me wonder if the bread was left in an unsafe temperature or was just old bread, I'm not sure how bread can go bad that fast after buying it from the store when the expiration date it has on the packaging still has awhile until it actually expires.
