By then, a long line has already formed, which defeats the whole point of coming early. This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one-off situation. A business like Costco should be able to operate on schedule, especially during peak times like weekend mornings. I hope management takes a closer look at this because it impacts a lot of customers trying to get in and out efficiently.

I did recognized the female staff from prior visits. She is usually not very friendly Even though this location is convenient I'm thinking of going somewhere else. I was sure she saw me, she was just standing there but when I got to the window she was busy with her back to me organizing the cigarettes. I kept thinking, any moment she is going to turn around.
