Very disappointed with the lack of support and service from this pharmacy. Orders were frequently delayed, sometimes for more than a week, and I had to call daily without getting real answers. While a couple of staff members seemed to care, most were indifferent and unhelpful. For context, I was filling more than $8,600 worth of prescriptions monthly -- yet my needs were consistently overlooked. I finally moved all of my prescriptions to CVS at March Ln and Quail Lakes Dr (see my review for them) and couldn't be happier. CVS has every medication ready on time, even the "special orders" Walgreens struggled with, and they usually arrive the next day. Plus, their app actually works and makes managing prescriptions so much easier. Walgreens lost a loyal customer for life.

They did 3 transactions in the hundreds until they drained out all of the $1000 she had! She is on her way back from Fremont now to go confront them people who work there.
