Love quick quack car wash, I always get in & out. Staff members are quick and efficient. I feel like my baby mama Honda gets cleaned good. I enjoy the perks of the vacuums and towels, however I don't really like this location, I feel like there aren't enough stalls in such a busy area to park up and vacuum. I came once and had to drive off because it was so packed from cars using and cars just waiting.. so we went and did some shopping and decided to stop by right after and lucky as I was pulling in someone was leaving, but I almost would've missed it because another car was then waiting after me. The last time I came to Quick Quack to get a carwash was 2 years ago. The attendant confirmed with me this was true. I did not return for a long time because just like other reviews, Quick Quack does not wash well. There are still dirty spots on my car after the wash. However, I decided to give it another try. I REGRET IT SO MUCH. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. In one review, a license plate cane off. Quick Quack's response was that car washes are designed to wash hard to get dirt and grime off. However, multiple cars including mine comes out not 100% clean (even leaving dried muddy spots in some areas of my car). What's worse is that their car wash equipment scratched up my car so bad. I chose the Lucky Duck car wash, and I definitely could tell the brushes were going hard. I have multiple black scratch marks all around my car. On top of that, the paint shine on top of my car had been scrubbed matte. I was unable to get a good photo to capture this, but I do have videos of the scratch marks that were not there before. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE EVEN IF YOU HAVE HAD A PAST GOOD EXPERIENCE. I MISS KELLY'S CAR WASH! THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB, AND I ALWAYS TIPPED DECENT. The girl there simply sprayed my car with water. Back when Kelly's was still there, the attendants took a soap brush and scrubbed my car on all sides before entering the wash. I will never return. Nothing the car wash can do will make me satisfied unless they get me a brand new Lexus IS350 F Sport. read more

Seriously, I came in for a quick rinse and left with my front plate looking like it tried to escape mid-wash. Not sure if Quick Quack is trying to wash cars or train for a demolition derby. If your license plate isn't screwed in with the strength of a thousand suns, beware it might just get yeeted off into the soap vortex. I have been a loyal Quick Quack monthly subscription customer since they opened at this location. In the beginning years, service was outstanding but in the last 9-12 months it has dissipated greatly. Now when I pull up to the member bar, the employees just ignore me and I have even had to yell at them for a dash wipe because they are usually on their phone. Don't get me wrong, there are three employees that still do the right thing and come over to greet me with a smile and dash wipe, and for them I am thankful! I don't know their names or I would give them a shout out. As far as the cleaning of the wash, it is fine.... Gets the job done! read more

Not only did the car wash not work - my car was jerked - stopping and starting - through the line, nearly getting hit by the car behind me because I never got a green light waiting under the blower, and I got zero drying - the young man completely refused to do anything about it and was very antagonistic; when I indicated I was sympathetic for the situation he was in, he yelled "don't patronize me." He insisted he couldn't put my car through again to get it dry and that it would be dry by the time I got home. (It wasn't.) It was so ugly that I left without vacuuming - and vacuuming was the number one reason I went in the first place. I filed a complaint with the company and they responded that I had to give them an account number for them to look at it - even though I sent them pictures of my car dripping with water. I will NEVER have an account with them after this. I used to get washes there for less than half of what they cost now, without slick up-selling (I was asked why I didn't have an account before they let me get a wash), license-plate readers, a wet car, and antagonistic service. NOTE: dressing your employees with ties and giving them up-selling scripts is not a substitute for delivering service. read more

I went in on Tuesday, Feb. 24th to get bird crap off my car. I took the wash that the guy recommended. Went thru, didn't pay attention. So I went to McDonalds and when I got out of my car, I was pissed. It looked like it hadn't even been washed. I called them and the guy said to bring it back and they would run it thru again for free to get it off. So I did. I also told the one guy with the water sprayer to please use a brush to get it off. He only said that he would spray it a little harder. Well, I went thru the second time and it STILL was not clean. I was so pissed that with the amount I paid, it wasn't even clean. I should of gone over to Chevron where they USE A BRUSH to start. I will NEVER use this car wash EVER AGAIN. And I will also tell my friends and family to NEVER use them either. They're expensive for the kind of clean they give you. And I never had anyone dry my car off. read more

I finally got a hold of the manager after waiting while he tried to fix a malfunctioning belt. After a month he told me he needs to ask the asst manager which car was in front because that person's insurance will be responsible. Why is this question just now being asked? They know the person in the front left. There wasn't any notes concerning this 5 car incident. All 4 car owners knew the car in front left without speaking to anyone. Manager said there has never been a malfunction but witnesses say otherwise. When I arrived the belt had malfunctioned and manager was trying to fix it! I will go as far as to get a lawyer cause I hate it when businesses like this refuse to take responsibility and gaslight their customers. read more

6/12/2022 - I was skeptical to go to the car wash because they said it would rain, but I was driving to SFO to pick up a relative and I didn't want to pull up in a dirty car. My car was dirty inside and out!!! I am not use to having fabric seats, prefer leather, so much easier to keep clean. My grandchildren sit back there with food and toys & I don't know why the birds love my car so much especially on the hood area. Every time I want to go to the car wash the weather gets exceptionally hot and my car gets dirtier and dirtier, then I have to go. Sometimes Kelly's does an excellent job and sometimes they don't!! This last time was ok except the hood area, I can still see a little bird mess. The wheels were dirty too, but Kelly's wheel works did an excellent job. I don't mind cleaning out my car and wiping down and vacuuming. I used to do all of it myself when I was younger. Kelly's gives me the help I need as I get older. Plus, the prices are good. I paid $36.00 at another car wash and they didn't do anything, I had to call the manager over to look at it, and he ended up taking care of it!!! I won't do that again!!! This is not Kelly's, but another company that charges 30% more and the quality is about 30% less. It's sad they added this business to the previous one here on Yelp. It's wrong, overpriced and an overall stab in the back compared to what we had. I had been paying 14 bucks with a coupon code for years with towel dry and now paying 22 -26 for the washes that actually use wax and armor all. You're better off just going to a real car wash where the vehicle actually gets clean and they do the inside for the same price as this is heartbreaking. PS- The new reviews are manufactured because a month ago this establishment wasn't open. Notice all 5 star reviews are new accounts with people with no friends. Car does not come out very clean every visit. I was going to wait and go back a few time if there's a difference but no difference at all. STILL DIRTY. Bugs are still in windshield and bumper. Even dried out dirt still in my car. I am supposed to just wipe and dry out my car but instead I have to make sure and press hard to remove the dirt still in the body of my car. Rims of the car are very dirty. I don't think the cars are being soaked good. I have no problem with KELLY'S CAR WASH that was here before was wayyyy better. read more

They won't give you the free car wash unless you give them a debit or credit card. The reason? They have to charge you $1 for a FREE car wash. Then try and talk you into a monthly charge or just charge you anyway. It's an on going charge , it's up to you (consumer) to cancel. They actually wanted me to turn around and do a 40 mile round trip to my home to pick up my cards. I thought I was coming to a free car wash. So I leave temptation (cards) at home. I had more than enough cash, they wouldn't take it. It was 109 that day and I had other things to do. Took my Mercedes GLE through and came out missing my rear wiper. It ripped the whole housing off. Went in the next day to tell them and they said "yeah we don't have any missing parts". Not a sorry, or a replacement or a couple free washes. Nothing. $70 in parts from Mercedes and an hour in labor to repair the damage. DONT TAKE ANY SUV THROUGH HERE OR ANY EXPENSIVE CARS. Horrible car wash. It's noticeable that it is not Kelly's quality. First. You have to immediately engage an employee and listen to their promotion on membership. Cost of base car wash is more than Kelly's, no hand dryers anymore when you exit the wash (this was great for finishing the dry).
