This review is especially for one SPECIFIC area, the ladies bathroom. IT IS THE CLEANIEST GAS STATION BATHROOM YOU WILL EVER FIND. May I just say that I have visited this bathroom a few times just for this very reason? Right after I used my debit card INSIDE the store I got fraud on my card!!! They used my card to make online payments to ATT Verizon fingerhut! Behave!!!!!! I JUST REPORTED THEM AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS GAS STATION! My bank stopped them from using my card to book a vacation home! I am so glad I have fraud alert and I was alerted and stopped payments asap! read more

Sooooo, based on others reviews, I am now aware this location is the priciest gas. Then again it is Chevron so it isn't surprising. This location is just convenient for me and my household. We always stop at this station to fill up, grab a drink or two and maybe the occasional lotto ticket. The employees here though seem to be a hit or miss. Sometimes they are the nicest, other times, they look at you like you are stealing the money from their drawer. It is very clean and organized inside though. Especially for a sylmar location that is worthy of the 4 stars. read more

Normally, I wouldn't write a review for a gas station unless there was something outstanding or extreme, which was the case. :) I rarely stop by this location because it is extremely pricey compared to other local gas stations. This is mainly due to the fact that it is located right off of the 210 freeway. However, when I make the rare stop here it is simply out of convenience. Whenever I stop by this location the staff is always very friendly. They answer my questions, they joke with me and they make an effort to keep me happy. They get an "a-ok" purely for convenience and customer service. Tip If you ask them nicely to turn the air on they absolutely will without a fuss. read more

The gas station is a complete scam! DO NOT GO HERE. I pumped $10 onto my gas tank and my gauge did not move a single bit. This isn't the first time this happens either. The first time around I brushed it off. The second time around I figured it could be my car. The funny thing is that I rarely visit this location because I'm rarely in the area and I have only ever had this issue with them!!!! I called to confront the store tonight and they put me on hold. I am genuinely curious as to whether someone can investigate this gas station. I'm going to look into it more and try to have someone investigate this location but I am warning you not to come here. I know it's just a gas station, but too many small issues at this location. The gas prices are higher than most other places and the pumps dispense gas slower than any gas station I have been too. Good luck trying to make a left back onto Hubbard during peak traffic times, and there always seems to be someone waiting to ambush you and get you to buy something from one of their giant tubs so that they can go to college or Magic Mountain. They do have a nice food mart though. Plenty of selection in there. There's always that. read more

I don't understand how they can charge so much for gas. We live in SYLMAR not Beverly Hills!!! Besides, there's an ARCO just down the street and a COSTCO GAS nearby for Pete's Sake!! Lower your prices. At least they don't jack up the cost of a Lottery ticket. read more

Worst gas station ever . All employees rude . And all need to be retrained on how to talk to people .

The other night my daughter bought $18.52 worth of gas there at 10:20pm. She used the outside payment option and when she got home a few minutes later was curious how fast charges posted to her account. She went to her bank account online to learn that she had been charged for her gas and an additional charge of $126.00. We immediately cancelled the card and thinking the perpetrator might still be at the station I drove to 2 minutes to the station hoping the attendant might help me cancel the transaction and identify the thief so it won't happen to someone else. The attendant, his name was Nagy late 50's bald with very bad teeth became very defensive when I asked if he could help me. He told me he had only had a few costumers since 10pm and a young woman was not one of them. He waves a handful of receipts in my face and said no one had purchased $18.52 worth of gas there today. He told me that it must have been the Exxon station down the street because he has never had any trouble at his station. This goes on for several minutes. His behavior was such that I was now convinced that he was indeed the one who stole the credit card number and made the fraudulent transaction. My daughter and her mother arrive and when we presented the attendant with the bank statement for the $18:52 and the fraudulent $126.00 things got really ugly. We called the manager of the station and left a detailed message and then called the Police. The manager never returned our call. The next morning both charges had been removed from my daughters account as if they simply voided them to avoid more trouble. I am convinced the attendant Nagy stole my daughters credit card information and then tried to steal $126.00 from her. I am also convinced the management was in on it. Police action is pending. read more
