Slowest gas pump. It's the closest one to the airport and it's my bad that I didn't get there earlier, but I tried to refill the gas in the rental car and it took like 2 minutes per gallon. I was going to lose my mind. You also have to leave your credit card in for it to read properly but it doesn't tell you until it's too late or lock the card in. Once you do it wrong it takes time to reset. Overall frustrating experience. Not very quick for a kwik serv. read more

Cheap gas prices lure you in. Horrible quality gas. Your gas tank empties quicker than I've ever experienced. Filled $40 and it was empty after going round trip from Burbank to OC. This never happens with any other gas station. Even Arco is better quality than this. read more

I come to this gas station all the time but today I was completely appalled when the man who works there went outside for a smoke break right by the door and the propane tanks that clearly say "NO SMOKING", while my car was only feet away with my sleeping baby in it! I have to come here now since the gas station near me shut down. It has great service and great prices BUT the worlds most aggressive pan handler stalks people in the parking lot. He literally rushes out to you as soon as you get out of your car. It's kind of uncomfortable. I tell him time and time again I don't keep cash on me and he still runs up to me as soon as I get out of my car. I don't mind homeless people but when your literally stalking people out to get money that is when I have a problem. read more

Cheap prices but doesn't allow the use of their bathroom!!!! I had a FULL BLADDER and paid a FULL TANK OF GAS and when i asked the grumpy owner for a token for their dirty bathroom, he didn't even look up at me and said, "im sorry but i cant help you. You pay a quarter." I said, "ah, you can easily help me by giving me a quarter after i just paid for a full tank of gas." He ignored me and i left with a full, aching bladder. Sure, the prices are cheap, but you'll also be dealing with one cheap b**tard!! And yes, this is the right place. The bathroom does take quarters, not tokens. If you want to apologize, please don't disrespect by saying, "are you sure this is the right place?" please. People, you'll see for yourself that the bathrooms take quarters. Typical denial instead of a simple, sincere apology, another reason I'll never return! I checked all the photos, this is the right place. If I'm in need for gas, I will come here. They have average prices for gas and they have a wide selection of snacks and drinks inside the Food Mart. They have great deals on Monster Energy Drinks (my favorite drink) and I visit to only purchase that occasionally. The cashier was on his phone while ringing up my items recently, but I didn't mind because it could've been an emergency. There's not too much space and it's located in between a busy intersection (North Hollywood Way and Victory Boulevard) and an alley. It's across from a busy plaza which makes it difficult to enter sometimes. I will be back once in while if it's an emergency for gas. For the Monster Energy Drinks, I'll definitely return because of the great deals they have. read more

I had been in the area of Burbank and needed gas asap so stopped at this station and put gas. Well i tell you after i put gas at this so called quick serv my car wouldn't start right after i put the gas. It took mee about 10min to start my car and it never ran well after that. I suspect the gas had water or bad contaminants in it. I had to eventually junk my car. Lesson learend ill never use no name gas again. Beware you've been warned. read more

Stopped for gas with my rental car to fill the tank today before noon. The Nissan Sentra would not give me a full tank indication after filling. What a pain! Faulty gas gage - but the guy working today actually came out after I described what was going on, to take a look & help if he could. WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!! This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I rented a uhaul truck from this location. When I returned it, Chris demanded I carry in the dolly for him. My estimate was $34 and when he rang me up he said it was $54. I asked him why it was so much more. He wouldn't answer my questions and just said take it up with uhaul. I looked at the bill and there was additional charge for mileage which I understood. But there was a charge for gas, except I put extra gas in before returning it. He said it wasn't enough. So I asked him if I could just put more gas in it. He said he didn't know how to cancel the transaction. The he started to berating me about not knowing the rules or asking about the gas. I asked to speak to his manager. He didn't want to give me any information and then blamed me for not understanding things properly. I don't know what his problem was. Maybe he was being sexist or racist but right off the bat he was extremely rude. I will never ever get gas or purchase anything here. read more
