Couldn't figure out the issue with my car despite having it for 4 days. Since there are no Uber's or Taxi's out there and it's 120 miles to El Paso, had to get a ride from his uncle or someone like that to take me to the El Paso airport where I could get a rental to visit my Dad in Arizona. Think they took full advantage of me and my situation. Tow truck overcharged me for the tow and then Celso with his inability to fix my car. Ended up selling car to him and off course he didn't fully pay me once he got the title. So yeah, hope this never happened to you. My bad luck to get stuck and then run into these guys.

Just had a nightmare experience with AAA where I've been a member with premier RV Plus for 33 years…read more- and never needed them. Blew an idler pulley bearing at midnight 44 miles west of Van Horn. AAA left us stranded roadside for 6 hours. Finally I'd had enough. Rapid was the second listing. They answered immediately, said they took AAA but had not been contacted by them. They were there within an hour and had my truck on a roll back and my camper hooked up to the same rig AND us at a shop in another hour. The idler pulley wasn't available even at NAPA. Their guy took it off HIS truck and got us rolling. I can not say enough about Rapid and their suggested mechanic. This is what America is about and I couldn't be prouder of fellow citizens. I'm recommending them to AAA, and will also send info to Good Sam.

They simply poured some water into the radiator and charged me $100. What's even more outrageous is that they blocked me from leaving and forced me to pay. My issue was 350.00 for literally 5 minutes and I broke down down once on the road. I broke down in the middle of nowhere and had to have my RV towed 109 miles on a flatbed to get a real diagnostics done and then a repair. They cost me a ton of $$$. I called them and he said he gave me just what I asked for...... he was so matter of fact about it that I got angry with him. I didn't know my wife had called him and he told her not to harass him.... She didn't. This place may do others well but not us.

Had a blowout on the interstate on our travel trailer on a Sunday. Owner answered his phone and…read moresaid he had the two new tires that we needed. Friendly and available. We called and told him we were exactly 15 minutes away, and he said to call back when we were there and he'd come down. So we called when we arrived and he said he'd be there in 5-- which is exactly why we called with an exact ETA. Anyway, we agreed that he would go to the warehouse to get the tires we needed while we went to the ATM (place is cash only) and we would all meet back at the shop. After 20 minutes of waiting back at the shop, he called and asked if we still wants the tires. We were confused because the arrangement had been pretty clear and simple. But eventually, we did eventually end up with what we needed. Tires are a little expensive but worth it when you blow out a tire in the middle of nowhere. The name A&L is painted on his truck and shows up at the correct spot on Apple maps, but the actual shop is named "Juan's Auto Repair 2" so don't miss it when you drive by.

After waiting for hours, I decided to use a different company since Mr. Davies told me he would take too long to get to where I was. However, after I was towed to my destination, I saw Mr. Davies looking into my car for no reason, ia different town. When I asked him what he was doing, he started harassing me and my family, demanding payment for a service he never provided. Despite giving him the little money we had left after paying for the towing expenses and a new tire, which was more than the call out fee that the towing company that I used charged, he wasn't satisfied and continued to threaten us. The whole experience was terrifying, especially since we were stranded in the middle of nowhere with no money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Robert Davies' towing service since he's unscrupulous and a scammer.
