My Prius C started shaking and rattling while on a long distance drive. Cruise control turned off with an error message and all dashboard lights turned on. We were in a remote spot and it's 4th of July, so options were very limited on mechanical help. Juan was the only one to answer and be willing to help us. He was currently out on a call, but was communicative and honest in letting us know that his ETA was TBD, but he tried his best to give us a ballpark time estimate. We decided to push on to El Paso and weren't able to try his services, but I'm writing a 5 star review for his professionalism, kindness, and being willing to help a stressed out family in an unknown area. Great folks. Broke down on highway 30 miles outside of town. He stayed open late for me to tow my car in and did quick diagnostic of my radiator. Said he thought was just loose radiator cap that caused my issue. refilled my radiator and said keep driving home and to just watch Temperature. Made it home no problem. He pinpointed the problem and ordered the parts on a late Friday afternoon, and had the car fixed and happy the next day. He's truly exceptional and we are most grateful to have found him. We had a check engine light come on while traveling west on I-10. We stop at the Loves in Van Horn and they recommend that we go to NAPA, that they should be able to read the fault code. They were able to tell us what the problem was. I asked the gentleman that was helping us if he knew of a mechanic. As it turned out Juan was standing next to me. As he was placing his own order, we was willing to help us figure out what to do and was willing to put the parts on. We took our travel trailer to the campground and returned the truck to Juan. He was so kind and super helpful. He took amazing care of us and got us on the road the next day. It's nice to see such honest, kind and hardworking gentleman willing to help strangers that are just passing thru. read more

We were stuck with a blown tire at an RV Park in Van Horn with a snow storm coming our way. We were luckily able to purchase a replacement tire from a local shop who then referred us to Juan to get it installed. We had no way of driving our RV to his shop because our tire was completely flat. So Juan came to our RV park, took our old and new tires, took them back to his shop to put everything together, and then came back to install our new tire. We also had metal stems and a tire pressure monitor on our old blown out tire, which he removed and put onto our new tire. He did all this in less than an hour. And his fee was incredibly reasonable.
