Also wanted to review the customer service at the returns counter at this store; they really need to look at retraining/ firing one of the managers as I hate going to this store to return anything. Worst customer service with this Blond manager (who looks like she has Botox or fillers in her lips). Have seen her be rude to multiple customers here and not follow the Costco return policy. Think she should be fired. Avoid this store. Much better customer service at San Marcos Costco.

The lanes to pass in the middle were a little bit close so it was sometimes a bit challenging if people had a bigger car or didn't park correctly. The new station has lots of space and way more pumps. I have been several times since it opened and I've never had to wait in line which is a huge difference from the old station. It does make the parking a bit more congested, but I'll take the wait time decrease any day.. The station is usually cheaper than the nearby Palomar station by at least .10¢. I haven't been at peak time so I'm not sure how the traffic is or the lines but so far so good and it is my gas station of choice.

This Mobil Gas Station's Car Wash has malfunctioned on me twice. The first time I was able to enter…read morethe 6 digit code into the machine to start the Foam Car Wash including the Wax for the price of $12.00. Then when the green light turned on and it said for me to enter the Car Wash facility it was very difficult to drive my Car onto the ramp that was raised up. If a car's all 4 tires are not exactly centered on the metal ramp then the car wash machine will not start. I had to back up my car in reverse and then I shut off the ignition on my car. Then I went into the Mobile Gas Station Store and asked the cashier to reset the Car Wash Machine which she said she had done this for me. Then the cashier told me to try again and the Car Wash Machine should be working fine now. I tried again the (second time) and this Car Wash Machine didn't start again. I backed up my car, it is a good thing for me their wasn't any cars behind me. I went inside the Mobile Store and requested a Cash Refund for $12.00. Then the cashier refunded my money and I left never to return again to this Mobile Gas Station.

Anyway, I do need to try their coffee one day because the setup is clean and appealing. Anyway, both restrooms were closed, but at least there weren't any vagrants tonight like in the past. Also, the mobile app was bugging so hard...it wouldn't let me log in and then proceeded to continuously send me new text codes, and none of them went through. Servers must be wild.

I figured it out. The black girls use the out of order bathroom and lie to customers that it's out of order. They also lock the other bathroom from the inside and sat it's in use. Lazy workers! My car needed to be washed ASAP. I had to wait a while because there were 3 cars in front of me waiting to get their car washed at their Touch-less Car Wash. Then it was my turn, I drove up to the car wash payment machine . I typed in the 6 digit code I used that Jennifer this cashier at Chevron Gas Station gave to me yesterday after I paid for this car wash. Then when the car wash area was open I drove up slowly to the entrance and I saw the water spraying onto the front bumper on my car. Then I continued to drive slowly towards this car wash machine until the directions told me to Stop and place my brake on the Park position. And to shut off my engine. I did these things as it was required. Then I walked for the different colored Foam to cover my entire body on my car. After this foam was sprayed on my whole car than the second step was for this car wash machine to use its rubber scrubbers to wash my entire car. It took about 10 minutes to get this thing done. The toughest part of this gas station is getting into the parking lot. I love that they have squeegee for keeping windows clean. They always have someone available to assist in case you're having issues with your card. It's a great place.
