My card info was stolen here twice. Recently a card skimmer was found on the card reader at the register. Stay away.

The CRT TV playing VHS tapes, along with the selection of comics and decorations makes this feel like a portal to a different place. The coffee and tea selection is good, with everything they serve being made with attention to care and quality. The service is really welcoming. Employees are warm and kind and always down to help and chat. The space is small with seating inside and outside. Highly recommend to stop by if you're in the area!

The store has a unique vibe, with old VHSs playing, a giant astronaut mural, tech decks, and other knickknacks. This shop has become a gem in the heart of old Vista, a community-oriented space serving some of the best brews and espresso experiments in north county San Diego. Try their cortado, "youniverse" cold brew, or cappuccino. They also serve a bunch of single serve clever drip coffees, loose-leaf teas, and even kombucha! Whether you're a coffee lover or just interested in cool spaces, be sure to check out this shop while you're out and about in Vista! Update: Been back several times since my original review. Still love this place's vibe, aesthetic, and attention to quality. Every drink is really good, and they are serious about their coffee and brewing. I've bought a couple bags of beans from here and they were great as both hot espresso and cold brew. Come by and support Vista local!

Mike, who owns the shop, helped me find what I was looking for off their menu. He gave great descriptions and mentioned their house-made syrups weren't too sweet. I got the "High Tide" coconut vanilla latte. It was delicious! And not too sweet. It was made by Lex who was super friendly. Mike went above and beyond and gave me a complimentary slice of their house banana bread. Incredibly thoughtful gesture and it was sooo good! And again not too sweet. This is a special little coffee shop with wonderful people, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

As soon as you walk through the entrance gate, you are transported to a lovely tea garden. We did make reservations ahead as it is reservation only. Rushell greeted us and we were quickly seated. We chose the La Dolce Vita Tea Experience. We were able to sniff the tea leaves first in individual test tubes which absolutely helped me pick my tea. I loved that experience! Once everything was selected, we were brought out our teas and salads. The salad was refreshing and I especially enjoyed the fresh tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and house vinaigrette. I had the Eiffel tea and absolutely loved it. I typically prefer black teas with either hints of floral or fruit notes and this tea had the perfect combination. We were then given our individual towers/ tea tiers which consisted of three sandwiches (smoked salmon pinwheels, apple Brie melt, and Prosciutto, Feta And Balsamic Fig Sandwich) of our choosing, a cranberry orange cake scone with creme Fraîche and strawberry preserves, and a trio of desserts (lemon cake with blueberries, petite four, and a rosemary shortbread). I honestly loved everything I ordered. I loved the cake scone as it was very moist and the sandwiches were all divine with powerful flavors in each bite. I didn't love the creme fraîche, as I prefer clotted cream with my scones, but it does offer a great break from sweetness of the cake scone. I especially enjoyed how toasted the Apple Brie melt was. I love short breads and petite fours, so I'm a bit biased but they were my favorite desserts. Not only did we have a lovely time due to the atmosphere, tea, and delicious food, but we thoroughly enjoyed Rushell herself! She was so welcoming and shared so much with us. Happy to always support local and especially women-owned businesses. I can't wait to go back!

We got the vanilla soft serve along with the bag of churros, which contains three of them. They came out piping hot and fresh, covered and that delicious cinnamon sugar. They were excellent and paired with the ice cream, it was a nice treat. The ice cream had a good texture but did taste a bit artificial, but i definitely still enjoyed it. Bottom line, of you look he churros this is your spot. They also serve food, which we unfortunately didn't get to try on this visit.
