Got home and theres used oil all…read moreover the front of my truck, dirt and grease from them leaning all over my drivers side fender, and oil drops in my driveway because they spilled it all over the front axle when dropping the old filter. This place used to be quick, easy & conveniant but now its half assed. How hard is it to wipe up a few drops that you spilled or spray a little brake clean?? Ill be doing it myself next time since these slobs cant clean up their messes. Worst $116 ive ever spent. I think stevie wonder couldve done a better job.

But if no problems were found then I would be charged. I knew this was not normal so I confirmed that with her twice, wrote it down & thought it was really cool that they did that. But at the end when the bill came, the diagnosis charge was on there so I told the manager or the main guy there & he said that is not true & you are charged the fee which is understandable. BUT he said he would check with Lindsey & if she admitted that she said that, then I would be reimbursed. I never heard anything back from them so I can only assume she has no integrity at all & they don't follow through. Will not be taking my car back here.

Aidan, the store manager saw my car, grabbed me a water and headed to me car. He greeted me with the best smile and led me into the shop. Harper, who was tasked to do my oil change went straight to work! He was communicating with Aidan the whole time with what he was doing and what needed to be done. I appreciate the type of communication they have so there is no misunderstandings. Aidan suggested a couple things for my car such as an air filter and system cleaner. I did go for the filter cause it needed it but I declined the system cleaner. No pressure what so ever about the system cleaner! I like that! Nobody wants to feel I pressured into getting something that they don't want. This is my second time getting my oil changed here.
