After poor service at other places I made the executive decision to come to Jiffy Lube. They are really good at what they do and they ask you questions to make sure that you are being taken care of. They check everything on my car. If you need anything like new wiper blades or a new filter you can certainly ask them and they are able to help you replace items for an additional cost. She was more interested in looking good and dressed in a crop top that was just off for the business. No one had name tags or company clothes on so was not sure who was doing what. They did not check simple things that are supposed to be included like checking tire pressure and the cabin filter. I will go elsewhere for my next service.
