Highly recommend! I went in last night and everyone was quick and helpful! Pull in, sit in your vehicle and they checked everything in 15 minutes. They allowed me to get out and watch and ask questions as it is a new vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and well informative. Transmission oil, engine oil, checked tire levels, filters, etc. They printed me a copy of my vehicle services that they offered and how much they were. Awesome crew! read more

I've always looked forward to getting my oil change at Einstein's oilery. Today I went to get an oil change and it took so much longer then normal and the crew was mostly just standing around. Normally I only wait 5-10 min, this time I waited almost 30 min before I even pulled in to get service and it wasn't any busier than normal. But the thing that was the most different was the customer service wasn't good. No energy, the employees don't seem like they want to be there, no greetings. Normally the employees come running to the car with a news paper and a drink. This time nothing of the sort. I then found out that they were bought out by valvoline and it made a lot more sense. Then after being home for a couple of hours I begin to smell oil in my garage. After looking underneath my vehicle I see that my car is leaking oil everywhere. Also again I ended up back in line waiting (forever) to get it fixed. After they looked at it they said the they didn't fasten something down well enough. They offered me a discount on my next service I asked for a discount on today's service and they said they can't do that, "because they can't take money from corporate". I'm super sad the Einstein's sold. They were truly great. read more

Honestly I have so many great things to say about this location and the current employees. I've been going to Einstein's since we moved to Eagle but this location is now right by my house. What I love most is they are so kid/family friendly. They genuinely take the time to look in the car see if me or my kids need anything from water to coffee to newspapers or tablets. They walk you through everything they do and you are in an out in 15 min max. And you just can sit and relax for a minute. Thank you for your incredible customer service. read more

So... Some of the technicians looked like characters from the movie Anchorman as they all had the big 70's style mustaches... lol That being said, their service was AWESOME! These guys took their job seriously, went through their checklists verbally, and communicated with me the whole time. The used both whitten and digital checklists to get through the different tasks, and did it with enthusiasm. Which is such a rare thing these days. I have sent my wife here and taken all 3 of our vehicles here. We will continue to drive past another few locations that provide the same service to come see these guys. Thanks! read more

My husband went there the other day and can't stop talking about their service. So, I figured I should probably write a review for them. He says that the employees are professional and knowledgeable. He stayed in the car while they worked on the car. They constantly offered him water and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. We will for sure be back for our other cars. Excellent customer service! Employees went above and beyond and I am now a huge fan. Yesterday 10/8/19 was my first trip for an oil change at Einstein's. As the service was wrapping up, they mentioned they can check engine light codes, top off fluids, tire pressure, etc. I had actually popped a check engine light just over a week ago and was surprised to hear they offer a check. 5 minutes later the employee had given me a description of the codes and explained what the typical issue is pertaining to the codes present. Then . . . I started up my car (it recently developed a little rattle sound) the employee heard it, asked the tech below the car if he heard it. Then they investigated - a little 3" x 5" sized metal bracket that holds wiring had come loose and was dangling against another piece of metal. He showed me pictures, handed it to me, and told me what I would need to do to get it squared away. I have never had customer service make such an impact while getting an oil change, really got my day going in a great way. Thank you read more

I went here for my 1st oil change in Meridian. Customer Service was wonderful and quick. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They don't heavy up sell you. Exceptional 5 star service! I stopped by Einstein's Oilery on 11/27/18 to get the "noble" oil change service. I arrived around 4:45. As I pulled up I was immediately greeted by Austin, my service writer. Austin asked if I had ever been in before and since I had not, he explained the process to me. He then had me pull into the service bay and offered mr today's newspaper, a Kindle, & something to drink. As Austin went to grab my drink, I met Chris. He asked if I wanted regular or synthetic oil and then they went to work. It was pretty cool. They checked everything! My lights, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc. They cheerfully communicated necessary information to one another in a very fun way. Think Chick Fil A and Dutch Bros had a baby! Lol. That's what they were like. I was done before 5:15! I was so impressed by these guys! Top notch service and work! I will never go back to the old way of getting my oil changed! read more

Hands down the best oil change experience I have had. The employees were professional, friendly and informative. I typically get my oil changed at Toyota but today I realized this was a better overall experience. The manager Tony took the time to come out to my car to explain how the settings for my tire pressure, oil change and overall maintenance work (something I was oblivious to when I was getting my oil changed at Toyota). The employee Sam was friendly and only suggested things I might need in the future but never pushed me to buy anything I didn't need. When I pulled up another employee started washing my windshield (it was very dirty after a 13 hour drive). I told him that he didn't need to wash it but he instead it was spotless. Very fast and professional. Thorough inspection of the car and regular communication with you while you wait in your car. There system tells them what each car model needs in terms of lubricants and they'll provide you with reminders of the manufacturer's guidelines for radiator and transmission flushes, etc. Check the website before going in to see what additional services/upgrades they offer so you're prepared to purchase (or not). They don't pressure you, but they do ask. I will definitely be back. read more

Hands down the friendliest, most detail-oriented, most legit place I've been for an oil change....ever. And the biggest pro....even my hubby trusts and likes them, and he's a tough one to please when it comes to automotive care. You sit in your car during the oil change, with monitors you can watch to see what they're doing. They check literally everything. Lights, tires and tire pressure, the list goes on and on. So I have been an avid Einstein oilery user for a long time always loved their service and speed. You couldn't hardly get down the drive before they were knocking at the window asking if you wanted a drink or a paper. I hardly got a half assed greeting and waited longer then I have ever waited ever for a simple oil change. I waited for over 40 mins to just get in. This place is an absolute joke now not impressed. Won't be coming back very sad seeing a great business gone. read more

Awesome customer service. I've never been to a place like this before! The fact that you wait in the comfort of your own vehicle while it is being serviced is definitely worth that 5th star! They walk you through everything they're doing, they don't try and recommend unnecessary work to try and make bigger sales. They are polite and professional with some fun thrown in. These guys are great! My van broke down in the bay while getting my oil changed. They were so great trying to fix my van so I could at least get it to the mechanic. They ended up pushing me out and then one of the workers Remington stayed and worked on my van for quit a while! Got it started and to the mechanic. It ended up being a bad starter which is what they suspected. Great service!! read more

I used to always go to Jiffy Lube. I tried Einstein's because it was close to home. They had great service....and the business as well as employees were clean and appeared to take pride in what they did. I recently went to a Jiffy Lube because of a coupon I had. Very bad experience. I left before my vehicle was even serviced. I came back to Einstein's and, as always, was very pleased. I will keep returning to them for my oil changes. read more
