Appointments are easy to schedule and cusomer service is on-point and affable. The shop itself is clean and well-organized. My husband often buys Willow meat chews or beef trachea (I am not sure of the actual name) that are beneficial for Willow's teeth and heart. By highlighting that experiences are unique to the pet & I appreciated that. He went above and beyond to explain to us how to make the most out of a Yak Chew- again, most folks don't do that. While they didn't carry the gentle leader we initially came for, we did leave with some great treats that even my very picky, will spit out or flat out walk away from treats she's not interested in- has been busy chewing on for the past hour. There's a dry food they offer of the same name that sounded decent as well as grooming. We were even greeted by a dog. Dogs are welcome to shop! Definitely will be back.
