By highlighting that experiences are unique to the pet & I appreciated that. He went above and beyond to explain to us how to make the most out of a Yak Chew- again, most folks don't do that. While they didn't carry the gentle leader we initially came for, we did leave with some great treats that even my very picky, will spit out or flat out walk away from treats she's not interested in- has been busy chewing on for the past hour. There's a dry food they offer of the same name that sounded decent as well as grooming. We were even greeted by a dog. Dogs are welcome to shop! Definitely will be back.

We spent over $50 on product from this business and our dogs got super sick. We were told the treats were homemade and were expensive because they had to be baked for 5 hours.... Sunny went into detail about how much time and detail went into the homemade product. When we got home and opened the packaging the product is actually made in Canada and another in China!! They were not homemade at all! Thank goodness our dogs are ok, but do not recommend buying anything from this business. Would give negative stars if possible!

She pointed me directly to the corner where she had several to choose from in a wide range of sizes for tinier pups. I also snagged one for my Chihuahua Lola (not pictured). As the name suggests, the store offers a variety of feed options for your furry friends. For giggles, check out the "designer" poopie bag in the display case. Best of all, the owners were hands on in their service delivery which you typically won't get from a big name store. Sunny and Ryan were attentive and they made me feel like we've been friends fur-ever.

The last time we took to get groomed here in btown was a freaking nightmare. He was locked in a room with dogs, half shaved, the groomer left sick so someone who didn't know what the hell she was done tried to groom him. When we pickup Trip up. He was in full blown anxiety attack. He was pounding, heart racing, vomited in the crate. That was 4 years ago. Now Tommy was highly recommended to me by my daughter in law. Tommy really took his time with me. To get to me. To know my cat. Well today was the today. I was nervous when I left. Tommy just touched my shoulder and said it's ok I'll call you I'm done. A couple hours later I get a call his that Trip was done. I rushed down there. My cat's happy. No screaming, no meowing, no shaking. Mom and dad were just happy to see Trippers again. We absolutely loved his first groom and were so happy with the service, which is exactly why we trusted them enough to bring him back. This time, Rev came home with multiple ticks on him. We were not aware of any ticks prior to dropping him off, and considering he received a full groom, it is extremely concerning and upsetting that he was returned to us in this condition. Whether the ticks were present beforehand or not, we would expect a professional groomer to notice multiple ticks during a full grooming service and notify us immediately. On top of that, his haircut looks rushed and nowhere near the quality of his first groom. The overall experience has left us incredibly disappointed and questioning the level of care and attention Rev received during his appointment. We trusted Comfort Cuts with our dog, and to have him returned to us with ticks and a rushed looking haircut is simply unacceptable. After such a great first experience, we truly expected much better.
