Appointments are easy to schedule and cusomer service is on-point and affable. The shop itself is clean and well-organized. My husband often buys Willow meat chews or beef trachea (I am not sure of the actual name) that are beneficial for Willow's teeth and heart. By highlighting that experiences are unique to the pet & I appreciated that. He went above and beyond to explain to us how to make the most out of a Yak Chew- again, most folks don't do that. While they didn't carry the gentle leader we initially came for, we did leave with some great treats that even my very picky, will spit out or flat out walk away from treats she's not interested in- has been busy chewing on for the past hour. The Dog Haus didn't hesitate to step in, giving them a thorough cleaning and beautiful haircuts. Their owners were beyond happy and so grateful for their makeovers. The Dog Haus is the only grooming shop I fully trust, not just for my own pups, but for others as well. It's also the only shop I've ever walked into that actually smells clean! If you closed your eyes, you wouldn't even know dogs were being bathed there. The day before our appointment, they called to confirm. When I arrived with Natasha and Jasper, they took the time to explain exactly how their services worked and asked detailed questions about the haircuts I wanted. To my surprise, they finished quicker than expected, and both dogs came out looking absolutely gorgeous complete with a bandana and a flower. I can't recommend The Dog Haus enough.
