I can't think of any other business in any category to provide the type of customer care as they do.

I got the Sunny's De-Shed and added the Antibacterial & Antifungal for her skin irritation. We were provided a FURminator and 2 other brushes and an extra towel because she knew our dog would require it. Very nice. The shop has a cold case for raw bones and cold food for the dogs. A ton of natural treats. Anything you need for your dogs are here- I didn't look at cat supplies, so I can't comment on that. I was able to pre-pay so we could get in and out as we are still learning our Goldens habits and behaviors. Didn't get pics- the doggie hid her face every time the camera came out lol

She has a few health issues but seems to do best with this kind of food and I've never seen it sold anywhere else. I was not looking forward to driving 20 minutes away and another 20 minutes back so on a whim I searched online to see if Diamond is sold anywhere else. in town The Grainery, which is less than two miles from my downtown home, showed up on a search. I telephoned them to be sure the food was in stock and I spoke to Ricardo on the phone who cheerfully confirmed they had four varieties on hand. I drove down to the shop and was quickly greeted by Ricardo who remembered speaking to me on the phone. He lead me to the display and when I selected the lamb and rice variety he wouldn't let me carry the bag myself - he insisted on loading it into my truck for me. Ricardo was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made a great first impression and I look forward to buying my dog food here from now on. Support local business!

Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! I'm adding here a screenshot of my last text with her, as a proof of what she offered me after I've told her about how horrible she did her job.
