The area is a bit sketch but it's totally worth it. The service was great and prompt. The young lady that rang us up was super sweet and helpful since it was our first time. The wings were great. There is a ton of flavors to choose from. We tried 4 different flavors and had no complaints. The strawberry ones seem to be popular. It was pretty busy on a Friday night and although it's not a true eat in spot we did sit and eat.

We ordered this spot to go and everything went fine with that whole process. I wasn't particularly in love with the wings like I have been at previous experiences at other Chex locations. I ordered the honey teriyaki and hot strawberry. The honey teriyaki wings were pretty good, but the hot strawberry had zero flavor. I kept taking bites thinking the flavor was coming but it never did. That's such a unique wing flavor and I was so excited about it. But it was very lacking unfortunately. I've had great wings at Chex so I was a bit surprised. Maybe it was a bad day, I'd give them another try. The fries weren't that great either, they pretty much just had salt and a little too much. The inside was clean and bright though. Service was good and parking was just fine as well.

Hey family. So Saturday night I was in Charlotte with my friend to check out restaurant week. We went to Morton's (slightly underwhelming and see my previous review) but I was still hungry. My friend told me that these wings are to die for and they weren't wrong. We ordered the strawberry hot and raspberry to go as we were on our way back home. I'm not really the one for saucy wings but the strawberry hot is where it's at. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce is finger licking and lip smacking. I will make it my business to stop here before I come home to Greensboro when I visit Charlotte. I'm definitely game to try more flavors. The next day they were still amazing. Yeah just run to get the strawberry hot. It's worth it.

This restaurant never disappoints. It's my go to for a delicious avocado salad, wings, and more. They offer a wide array of food options and sauces for those wings(yummy). The staff is pleasant and quick service. The establishment is clean, although I've never used the bathroom. I've felt comfortable enough to eat inside, but I usually get my orders to go. You'll enjoy this spot.

First checked out this place because i heard of the Strawberry Hot Wings and Ever since then I've been hooked and call this place an Ol' Faithful now! The food is amazing and i've had my fair share of various items besides just wings as well. The customer service is TOP NOTCH and the recommendations are superb! The store is clean and vibrant and lit very well and it seems like everyone enjoys Chex wherever they open up! Try the Raspberry Hot wings tho! They are amazing!!

These tacos used to be under $5, but now at $5.50 each, this is still a budget friendly meal. I ordered two tacos and was full, but maybe could have had a third since they were so good. Since I can't handle too much spice I got the spicy seasoning on the side to sprinkle on the 'Nashville Hot Tofu" as needed. The fried paneer is mild. Both tasty vegetarian taco options. There was a velvet cake that looked great but also 1025 calories for a slice! Decided not to get that this time. Staff is friendly and I like that they announce your name and say 'It's taco time" when the order is ready. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating with high top tables too. They had tacos and margaritas, so I figured I'd give it a try. It's café-style, which isn't my favorite setup, but I must say the staff was wonderful--friendly and helpful with ordering. The kitchen was busy, but the food came out quickly. I went to grab a seat outside with my hands full--water and a margarita--and an employee asked if I'd like him to bring the food out to me. Well, yes if you don't mind! It was so nice to enjoy the fall weather, people-watch, and eat my tacos. I loved the shrimp taco, but the salmon one was a little spicy for me. The salmon itself was delicious though. The queso was yummy. I did stay away from the cake, but it was tempting to try. It was fun listening to them call customers' names to pick up their orders, but someone also came out to check on tables and make sure everyone was okay. He addressed me by name--the same guy who took my order and walked my food out--then later checked on me again. Great place!

The first time was in November 2025 and 2nd time March 2026 where the bartenders were professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made some of the best Bloody Marys we've had in Charlotte. The food was excellent, and we left both times excited to come back. Unfortunately, this Sunday's visit (around 2 p.m.) felt like a different restaurant. It was much busier, and service was noticeably lacking. We waited quite a while just to be acknowledged, our drinks weren't nearly the quality they had been before, and the Bloody Mary tasted like it came straight from a mix instead of being handcrafted like our previous visits. The food was also disappointing. It was much saltier than we remembered, and we never received the Caesar salad with steak we ordered. To the staff's credit, it wasn't on our bill, so we didn't mention it. Overall, no one was rude, but the attention to detail, professionalism, and overall experience that earned our previous five-star reviews just wasn't there this time. We're hoping this was simply an off day because we genuinely loved this place and would like to see it return to the high standard that made us regular customers.

They have cornhole and ping pong and just a fun atmosphere out there. Our server was warm and attentive. We did not have to wait for refills and she was quick to answer any questions we had. We started with a few apps - the chips and onion dip and the pigs in a blanket. The chips were well salted and the onion dip was DELISH!!! The pigs were wrapped in homemade party dough and came with a honey mustard crème fraiche. They were so good!! For entrees we tried the fried chicken, prime rib dip, and the meatloaf. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were so good too. The only misstep on this dish was the biscuit. Way too dense and not very flavorful. The prime rib dip was tender and came on the most crispy bread. What a great combo! The only thing that wasn't great were the fries, just nothing too special. The meatloaf dish was flavorful and came with those yummy mashed potatoes so great pairing. We didn't have room for dresser on site but we did take the monkey bread to go and enjoyed it later. Good portion size and full of apple and caramel flavor. Did not regret taking that home!! Really looking forward to this spot opening closer to home. Highly recommended

We didn't but I would suggest asking if it's possible to do heavy seasoning. Now, the crab ragoons were DELICIOUS!!!
