I came in for a fill and Angel did a fantastic job! The salon was busy but not too noisy. I was able to walk in and was paired with Angel as my nail tech. I'm not sure what was going on with me, but I messed up my polish twice while she was doing my nails. She was beyond patient and repaired them for me with no issue. Busted my toe nail the day before our beach vacation. My normal place was booked so I gave it a shot. Put a reservation in online. Got a text that said wait for it to be confirmed. My time rolled around and no confirmation so i showed up anyway. She said they don't do same day bookings. which was confusing cause site allowed me to. I just wanted a basic pedicure to fix my broken nail. They had like 20/30 regular polishes and everything else was gel (an immediate up charge). I selected a gel and waited about 10 minutes and they plopped me in a chair and the water was incredibly hot. Normally I can though it out but it hurt. I asked the lady in the chair over if she could turn it down cause I didn't have anyone yet. She attempted but didn't make it much better. Fast forward I finally have a tech and she starts cheese grating the crap out of my foot like she wants to see bone. Then she cut me, like good. You could tell she knew she messed up. She kinda smiled like oops but then continued to just go about the pedicure. I get to the end and what I thought was going to be a 30 ish dollar pedicure ended up being 60! I get pedicures a lot my feet can take quiet a bit. This was not it. Appointment system sucked incredibly hot water cut my foot wayyy over priced and somewhat forced to pick the prices options. Worst salon I have ever been to! They told me online it would be $40 for an acrylic fill. The guy rang me up as $51; I left a $9 tip, which brought my total to $60! All I had was a fill; nothing special or additional. I did a solid, single color. On top of that, it was a painful process. The nail tech burned my nails and cut my cuticles multiple times while drilling. He did not even wear gloves. Not even five days later, my nail polish is chipping and one of my nails completely broke off. I have NEVER had that at any of the salons I have been to!!! read more

Waited 20 minutes after being seated for a French manicure because only one technician could do this style. Two days later, two nails broke. Came back on the third day to get it fixed, they were super busy. Manager or owner (only one not wearing a mask) rolled her eyes and told me to come back at 3:30. I called at 3 to ensure 3:30 would work and she said yes. When I arrived, 13 other people were waiting for appointments. Every seat was filled. I asked again about my time or if I'd need to come back, waited 20 minutes and then was seated. The fixed nails are sloppy. Not worth the wait. Bad customer service from the manager, not the staff. I'm conflicted about my experience. There was good and bad and it left me feeling unsure of how I felt leaving. Myself and two friends had a reservation for 530. We waited until 6 so we could sit together. Not a big deal at all. Then, we sat until 630 until our nails were started. Again, not a huge deal since the water was warm and we were all chatting. But then the pedicure started. The lady that did my pedicure seemed annoyed that I was there and I felt the whole time like a problem. Ended any sense of relaxation that had begun. She rushed through everything, never responded when I said anything (which was just thank yous, how are you, just things like that. Language may have been a barrier, so really, that's not a hang up for me). At one point she was pointing at my feet and it was so obvious she was talking about me with the other gal that was with my friend. Again, whatever dude, you do you. I still tipped well, because I know if it was 630 and I had another client, I'd want to rush and go home too. Glo nails has been my go to nail salon for two years, I go at least twice a month. they are a bit pricy but I love the work they do so I never cared. I went in 6/22 to get a new set and wasn't really happy with the work; the girl seemed new so I didn't complain and I still tipped $20. It's now 6/27 not even a week with the nails and one popped off at work (mind you I work front desk so it's not a hard demanding job) I called seeing if they could fix it for free since it hasn't even been a week and since I paid $105 for them and the owner wants to charge me $5 for it. It's not even about the money, it's the principle. If I'm going to pay $100+ for a set I expect them to last at least a week. Will definitely not be going back. Super disappointed. read more

I come here all the time to get pedicures. I was nervous but really wanted to try a manicure full set. I've only had my nails done about 5 times and was anxious but once we started, Ryan, was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and I showed him what I wanted and he made it 200% better. I will continue to see him every single time I need a fill or anything. He made sure I liked all the dipping powders before applying the and he has an amazing sense of humor, yet still professional. The only reason I come here is because I follow my nail tech wherever she moves to. This nail salon is newer and clean for most part but is always busy and hard to get into, I go there every two weeks and get a pedicure, and believe me when I say they are busy enough to not care to give good customer service or do they care if you ever come back. I love my nails. I'm not sure who did them but I know it was a man. He was so meticulous the entire time, even when it was starting to get busier. He focused solely on my nails, making sure each and every one was up to par with his standards. He gave me matte baby pink nails with a light coffin which is exactly what I wanted. The color used is Italian Pink! Very clean salon and everyone is very nice. The only thing I was kinda meh about is that my nails were $50 plus tip so it came out to $60. I ended up leaving with disappointment and ugly ass "gel nail tipped nails." I called the night before asking if they do " GEL NAIL extensions." They lied to me and said they do. When I explained to the nail tech he was extremely rude and tried telling me I was wrong. There's a difference between gel tips and extensions. I've been getting my nails done for 7+ years in California and had wonderful nail technicians and I KNOW my nails. I was understanding that they may have misunderstood the difference between the two. They didn't start working on my nails until about 515, after I had sat for an hour waiting. A team was ready to serve us with smiles, most places frown when it close to closing, we were served waters as we were sat into our chairs. My sisters and daughter also loved every minute of their services, they got their nails done as well and the attention to detail from their techs were very impressive. TIM is the BEST for nail designs!! We highly recommend him, he even gives tips on taking care of your nails. The owner we met because we were the last in the salon, she was very nice, patient and very attentive to our needs. The techs in the salon paid attention to cleanliness, and everyone of them at closing worked like a cleaning battalion to ensure everything was sanitized and clean. Went in to get a new set and pedicure. I got French tips done. Which should have only cost me $90 maybe $100. But they charged me $115. The prices are very inconsistent. I went with a friend and they charged her $120 for a new set and pedicure when again she should have only paid $100. On the website it says one thing and on the menu it says another. When I asked how it was $115, the lady was rude and interrupted me saying "Let me tell you" repeatedly. They charged me extra for the gel. Which says $5 extra on the website but $15 extra on the menu. I'm happy with my nails. But I only got a French tip and to me, I should not have been charged so much for just a French tip. There are so many other things I could have gotten done for this price. I don't recommend this place unless you want to spend over $110 on your nails and toes. I got a full gel acrylic set. Everything was mediocre. Not bad but not excellent. My nails are slightly lumpy, hardly noticeable but still. It felt like the woman was rushing even though there was no one waiting. I had the acrylic powder left all over my cuticles and under my nails that I had to file off and clean off myself. The manager was hovering over each nail tech and I could tell that my tech was changing how she would normally do nails to accommodate the boss. My tech started to do the inspo pic I had given her and the manager came by and told her to make them thicker. I feel like this place would do a lot better if they weren't micromanaged. I am so happy that I found a place that can do a proper stiletto shaped nail. I stopped getting stiletto shaped nails due to the the fact that most manicurists do an almond shape and call it stiletto or the nail is way too wide. The man who did my nails took his time and made sure none of my nails were crooked. My only complaint is that they don't practice social distancing. There's plastic partitions, but it doesn't make a difference when people are practically on top of each other. This place was packed to the brim. I would definitely come back.
