The noodles didn't taste like rice noodles, more like ramen noodles. They didn't have any of the typical pho items like bean sprouts, basil or jalapenos. The meat was prepared differently, but still very good overall. They didn't have any Viet Beer, only Tsingtao which is Chinese. No worries, I like them all. They also called the dumplings (or gyoza) by the term "ravioli", which was different to see - but probably easier for tourists to understand.
