I've been going to Jen's over the years and was looking for a new place after always having to wait and receiving half-assed very basic services. I know it's usually just the 2 of them hustling in there but I frequently get my cuticles cut too close, and have a rash/breakout on my feet from (?) That being said... I was hesitant to come here after reading yelp reviews but a girlfriend recommended I give it a try since she had been recently a said she had a great experience. My experience was nothing short of fantastic! Laura gave me a manicure and pedicure that look amazing. Not only that, there was a exfoliating leg scrub, an excellent foot massage and a hand and arm massage - all included with their base pricing for shellac mani-pedi for $60. Let me start by telling you that Amy is the best!! She did a beautiful job on my gel nails. She is as so fast, and I left very happy. I am visiting from Vegas, and wanted to take her back home as my nail tech. Very professional, clean and beautiful personality. Please go here you will also leave very happy with beautiful nails. FYI please ignore any negative reviews beyond 3 years, as the salon had previous owners from which Amy bought the place from. All Amy's reviews should be 5+. I was in Tillamook for a vacation and stopped here to treat myself for a gel pedicure. While I was sitting there the lady asked if I also wanted a gel manicure which I eventually said yes to, but I regret now! She also offered a flower on my big toe for the pedicure, which turned out to be a press on design. Didn't look terrible, but wasn't what I expected. Less than 4 days after my manicure was chipping and peeling so badly. Now one week later 4/10 nails are peeling. I have never had a gel manicure last so poorly, I could totally peel this all off and I'm trying to resist. Total the cost of both was $76 without tip, which is crazy now that I look at the quality. Pedicure is holding up okay. While the lady was very nice I would never recommend because of the quality of the gel she used. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Horrible horrible horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Went here with my grandma for a girls day and it became a complete mess. First off they were rude when we first walked in mocking me for not wanting a pedicure and then rushing me to pick out a color so I quickly just grabbed one and went and sat down they lady kept grabbing my hands and being very aggressive. I asked her not to cut my real nails short because my skin grows close underneath and it hurts very bad when my nails are cut too short. She did not listen and continued and cut my skin, I jerked my hand away. My nails looked like complete trash as you can see in the photos. The next day I called Jens nails and got an appointment right away, as soon as I walked through the doors it was a very nice clean place and everyone was so kind to me and helpful. They removed my nails for free then redid them. So beautiful. Go to Jen nails!!! The darker color is from Jen nails, beautiful job. read more

I love coming here I come here every single time I get my nails done since I was in 6th grade always the same lady so funny and sweet and does it ALL BY HERSELF and does and amazing job every single time and her prices are amazing for inflam now a days and it's like she never raised the price at all since I've been there wayyyyy better then Jen's nails who charged me 85$!!! for one color and a jem and at chez they charged me 75$ for most of my nails filled with a design and I highly recommend booking with her!! read more

Made an appointment they still were running a half an hour late needed my nails painted and one broken nail fixed . The workmanship on my one nail was terrible had to go home and fix it. Communication was difficult because I only speak English, and the salon it's very clean. read more

Got 2 gift certificates for Christmas, so I took my daughter for pedicures. The gift was for a mani-pedi, but we only had time for a pedicure. I figured we would just have credit left for a mani at a later time. Wrong. We sat for about 30 minutes passed our scheduled appointment time before being sat in the pedi chair, and our feet put in cold water. Ya, my fault for not speaking up. Eventually she came over and noticed my acrylics and asked where I get them done. When I told her, she said they do a very bad job and most of her customers come from there. Super unprofessional but maybe this is acceptable in her mind. She did a super fast, rushed pedi on both my daughter and myself. Then said the total was $100!!!! The price board and the gift certificates both said mani pedi for $50. A pedi alone said $35! So why on earth was I charged $100 for 2 lousy, rushed cold water pedicures?!?! We did use gel polish, but that does not account for the extra $15 EACH that I was charged. I considered trying her for acrylics one day, but that's not happening now.. the pedicure was no different than one I can give myself at home, but I still paid with both certificates AND a good tip. Not impressed, and I'll be sticking with Jens Nails, as I have for years. read more

I stopped here on a whim, because they said they took walk-in customers, which many nail salons do in NYC, where I lived before. They were so nice and friendly, and I loved the pedicure I received, and the massage chair! I did get a shellac manicure, which was great, from the older lady, but the one I got from the younger one I didn't like so much. It wasn't her fault, she did exactly what I asked for, and the results weren't what I expected. This business has moved to a much better location on Third Street, north side between Main and Pacific. read more

I have not had a pedicure this good in a very, very long time!!! The leg and foot massage was extremely relaxing and the massage chair is the best I have ever experienced! Do not go here for acrylics. They are so bad at it, I gave them a chance even though the bad reviews... I will never go here again I had to tell her to fix my nails 5 times and my 2 other friends did the same. She also burped in my face it was so gross. The main lady is so rude and doesn't care at all. This place is horrible. I used to go there years ago, and they were fine, but took a break from nails. Fast forward 2 or 3 years, and my normal nail salon is closed for family vacation. I needed a fill, so went in there. Decided a On a new set, get them, and less than a week later they are all lifting and look really crappy. Brought this up to them when I went back in, give them another chance none the less, and get a fill (as my normal salon is still out of town. They gouged my nail bed so bad it was and is still painful. It has been 2 weeks now, nails are all falling off, and I have to take a break and let my nail bed heal. I am not new to nails, so know what is, and is not normal. I won't be going back. Also, they share nail files from customer to customer, which is a big no no read more

I get overlay and gel service and went here a few times but my nails kept getting thicker and wouldnt stya on. My regular technician said that is when people are "new", they dont know how to do the overlay well. They did have mood gel, which changes color with temparature...that was cool. I would not get fake nails here. read more

My wife went in for a mani pedi. The pedicure was fine. The manicure was runny and thin so they said they would fix it. To do this, they put a layer of pink over it and did a sloppy job. This was a shellac job, so it's more expensive and supposed to last for about a month. Just 5 days later, the paint peeled off my fingernails completely. She called the owner and he yelled at her and told her she could come in to pay and have it fixed. He then hung up on her. She called back and asked why he hung up and he again screamed at her and said he would not give a refund. He then hung up again. After that, HE called my wife and yelled at her again, then hung up. She then called him once more to tell him to leave her alone and he screamed at her and of course hung up again. Now we are out $35 and without the service that we paid for. They are rude, unprofessional, overpriced, and need to learn customer service. Choose another place! read more

I went in there to get my nails redone, with the gel. They were nice enough people but my French tips are terrible looking. Like a child did them, my nails are all uneven and you can see through the white on the tips. Maybe I should of tried their pedicures. If you're looking for a nice manicure and color this is not the place to go. read more
