I have hard gels over my own nails and a lot of salons try to convince me I have acrylics!! Can't do those--have an allergic reaction every time and I've been screwed in a couple of instances. But last year, when I sat down with Jen and showed her what my gal uses at home and she totally understood I did hard gels, she did an amazing job. I left there one happy soul! That is the reason I did NOT hesitate to go back this year. Once again she did a great job and I left there again one happy person! Jen prides herself on making sure every one is happy and gets what they need to get their nails done. It's family owned and family operated. She admitted that if she hires someone and gets complaints about the job they did, they're done! Really true pride of ownership. Her daughter is a cutie and very sweet as well. As they know, when back in Tillamook again next year, I'll be seeing Jen.

I know it's usually just the 2 of them hustling in there but I frequently get my cuticles cut too close, and have a rash/breakout on my feet from (?) That being said... I was hesitant to come here after reading yelp reviews but a girlfriend recommended I give it a try since she had been recently a said she had a great experience. My experience was nothing short of fantastic! Laura gave me a manicure and pedicure that look amazing. Not only that, there was a exfoliating leg scrub, an excellent foot massage and a hand and arm massage - all included with their base pricing for shellac mani-pedi for $60. She was funny and easy to talk to. Everyone was laughing and all talking together. She did a great job cutting my hair, so that it will look great curly or straight. She also put some awesome color it it! She has great vision, and was willing to tweak what I wanted to fit it perfect to my hair and style.
