I used to tan in high school and college all the time and was always going into tanning salons who had rather snobby employees so I have drug my feet in buying a package but I have officially met the owner and this guy who works and they are both a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!! I was told on day one if the level bed that I tend to use is unavailable they will do a free upgrade. And in just a couple days tanning I've already experienced that. Pricing is amazing -so much more affordable than chain places. The shop is quaint and clean most importantly friendly. They've got my business :)

I highly recommend it...anyhoo, I didn't have time to get my hair done before we left, so I kept asking around for a place to go and people kept telling me 'Vicki, up on the highway' (small town life). Finally, finally, I found the salon in Nehalem - and there was Vicki! She was actually leaving to go meet her son at the airport or somewhere, he was finishing a tour of duty in Iraq - so Pam did my hair - she did a great job and it was so reasonable to boot! Plus, they had a very well known celebrity and her entourage (I think it was 1 or 2 people, ha ha) in that day for manicures/pedicures. This person was a big celebrity in the 70s so from what I understand the girl doing her nails asked her what she did for a living in Los Angeles - ha ha ha - that is cute! The front of my signed agreement shows $85 per month; however, they withheld $93.50 each month. When I asked about this, I was told it was the taxes the government charges and that it was on my signed agreement on the back. Actually what it says is, "TR has the right to add to your prepaid dues or to your monthly EFT dues any tax imposed by the government for the use of TR's facilities." Nowhere does it say how much that is! I asked why I wasn't told about this and why that amount wasn't included in the amount written on the front? Again, I was told was it was included on my signed agreement. I bought a spray tan but the operator put in the wrong code so I ended up with streaks on my legs. The manager called me to inquire about my results because someone else had complained about their results. I was told she would put a credit on my account. Later I asked for a refund but was told they don't refund on spray tans because they have no way to know what product you have on your skin before the spray. I didn't even get the product I purchased so why shouldn't I be given my money back? After un-returned phone calls and no response to the letter I sent to the main office in an attempt to rectify my complaints, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest others do the same!

And best of all, the message was amazing! It was swedish but still firm where it needed to be and super focused on my problem areas.
