I stumbled on Chi Reflexology and, after reading the posted reviews, decided to check them out. Not only is Chi more affordable, but the layout is more aesthetically pleasing and the credit card fee is only $1, not $3 as was required by the other place. I got there at 1:15 requesting a 30-minute foot massage and was asked if I called. I referenced on their flyers that they welcomed walk-ins and was told to return at 2 p.m. (So, future note to self, call ahead to determine best time to get there). Luckily, it is situated in a plaza with a King Soopers, so I had no problem burning the 40 minutes walking around the grocery. Once I returned at 2:00 p.m., I was asked to sit at one of their massage chair (sofa?) and they proceeded with the massage. THIS is what I have been searching for. In Houston, I would regularly get foot massages and finding one to replace that tradition was challenging, but I think I might have found my spot. The massage had me rolling my eyes back into my head while feeling a sense of relaxing euphoria. I don't want to jinx myself, but I might have found my Houston replacement. The massages are done in a large room where both the chair/sofas and beds are placed. Unless, you need privacy, there really isn't any unless you are taken to the rooms in the back. However, it is quiet, and the masseuses seem skilled. At $32 for the 30-min foot massage, I will be back again and on a regular basis. I've been looking for a great Chinese foot massage place and this one is it! When you get there, sign in and let your therapist know how much pressure you want. Sit back in their super comfy and very clean chairs. As your feet soak in a tub of warm water, you get a warm neck roll and head massage. Your therapist places a light towel over your eyes as they massage your feet. I asked for high intensity as I'm a hiker/runner and my fascia needed some serous help. I booked 30 min but next time I'm doing the hour for just $15 more. A quiet experience with soft music, this place is wonderful and I'll be back regularly. I went and got the 60 minute Full Body & Foot massage combo at a level 3. It was $49 + $11 tip. This was my second time there, but I have been to many different places just like this one. Body massage: 4/5 Foot massage: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Customer service: 4.5/5 Honestly this is exactly what I needed after a long weekend of traveling, the pressure of the body massage was perfect if not a little too much at times (but I like a firm massage), it was all done over the clothes and they put a thin towel over you to separate your skin from their hands. My girl wore cloth gloves for this portion; I liked her routine although it was heavy focus on the upper body but maybe that's because I got the combination. The foot massage was nice and relaxing albeit a bit light on the pressure for my liking, she did a quick face/head massage while my feet soaked & then covered my eyes with a towel while she massaged my feet/calves. I have sensitive skin and the lotion she used did not irritate it at all. I don't think she wore gloves for this part which doesn't bother me, but might for some people. My only true complaint is that when they talk to one another, it's at full volume and not a whisper so that was a bit disrupting to the overall atmosphere but it wasn't constant talking or anything. & their air system is quite loud & it drowns out the calming music while it's on. I will most likely come back here when I need a nice, quick massage that can get me in same day without costing an arm and a leg. read more

I am not sure why I have been postponing my visit here. I finally decided to go check it out because my lower back was hurting so much, and I was not disappointed. When you get there there's a sign in sheet that asks what kind of service you'd like and how light or strong you prefer the pressure to be. I had a 60 min combination, meaning 30 min body work and 30 min reflexology. I enjoyed the session quite a lot. What I was not too found about was the employees having constant conversations. I'll still go again because my body felt lots of relief. By the way, they prefer when customers pay in cash, there's an extra $1 fee if you pay with a card. Friendly, amazing staff and fantastic service. I have taken my parents, friends, and kids, and everyone has LOVED their massages. I have been going here for two years and I recommend them to anyone. I prefer the full body massage. My kids prefer the reflexology and body combo minus the hot stones. I get a 1 on the intensity scale as well as my kids. Not a reflection of the overall experiences but my preference is to be seen by a female and for the most part I have per my request. But the two times I have seen a male (2 different people) my experience has not been good. Today the man was not working my neck upper back hard enough, I told him harder, and he got upset raising his voice speaking in chinese I am assuming to the others. Both males like to during the hour 'take time off during the massage instead. That means working areas hard but then easing up and not giving their full effort. I do understand why the two ladies get more requests. They work hard and give their full effort to providing the quality care. Technique is better also. read more

I got in on a Saturday afternoon without appointment, but according to how many technicians are working, you may need to wait or come back. Walked in, and there were several people already being worked on. I fully expected to be turned away, but a lady rushed from out of nowhere before I had even selected how much pressure I wanted during the massage. I did circle a 5 out of 9. She may not have looked at it, she was above and beyond what I find comfortable, but it wasn't too painful. That is the reason they're missing all 5 stars. I received a combination massage and when she moved me to do the feet....well let me say this was her true talent. I fell asleep or should I said woke up twice from a snore. This does happen from time to time, but not often. She was wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate returning. FANTASTIC place for full body and foot massage!!! I almost didn't believe the ad that says they're walk-in only, and that it's only $40 for an hour (full body, reflexology or combo of both for 30mins). OH, and they're open 10am to 10pm!!!! My friend and I went walked in last night around 6pm and expected it to be pretty busy, but we were seen right away. You just sign in and select what level of intensity you wish to have. The range goes from 1 to 7, and I chose 6 because I prefer deep tissue. I will go to 7 next time now that I know I can handle it. I honestly forgot where I was because the massages were so mind-blowing. My friend fell asleep -- I could hear him snoring. He is usually very picky, and he was raving about it as soon as we finished. So, it's now our new fave place for massages. We plan on going twice a month or once a week because of how pleased we were and how affordable it was. FYI: All services are done in an open room with all your clothes on. Full body massage was given laying face down only. They soak and wash your feet in a hot tub after the body massage and before reflexology. They used hot stones and kept me warm by putting a towel over my body while working my feet. LOVED IT! read more

Very Clean, friendly, efficient. They go the extra mile for their massages. It's the little things like the hot hot water for foot soaking, the massagers at the bottom of the soaking tub, the hot towel they place behind your neck for support and warming your body. Gave it a try yesterday as a walk-in Place is very clean and staff was nice. I believe there were 4 people working even though I was the only client at the time, it was very quiet! I did the combo so I started on a table for the body part, clothes on. I said strong for the pressure because I'm very tense in my back, he did a great job. The ending was a neck and scalp massage....drool! Then to the chair, it was tipped back and I had a heat pad under my neck, started with a soak and then the foot/leg massage, which included hot stones toward the end. Again so good! I'll return for sure:) Note- this is not a western-style massage; you will not get a Swedish massage here (check out Absolute Body Balance if you want that.) And most likely they will not speak much English so you won't be able to list off your wants and desires. Sit back and enjoy their work! The open format does mean you will hear people coming and going, hopefully the other clients will respect the calm environment they are trying to provide. read more

I have been going here for a while now. I love the combo. The men do a wonderful job. They use lots of pressure and find all the knots. The woman also answers the phone and greets walk ins. She was even trying to massage and text at the same time. It makes for a very stressful massage. I hope she stops massaging because otherwise it is a great place and the prices are reasonable. read more

Chi Reflexology is EXCELLENT. I've been about a half dozen times and have found it to be professional, polite and clean. The massage therapist are very skilled and are attentive. They include hot stone massage on your legs and are adept at reflexology. Jsyk-you are completely clothed during massage and they place a towel over you. I visit about 1 or 2x per month. My only 2 suggestions are to please, please change up the music!!! The same cd or instrumental music plays over and over and it needs refreshing with longer playlists that have more songs. And for shorter persons to have a shorter length of chair from the end of the seat area to the front edge of seat area on the chair because those of us w/ short height and back issues sometimes it is uncomforable in the position for so long. read more
