When I contacted the owner she was rude and refused to answer my original message. I then came to the shop to shop her my daughter's hair, the owner became rude and refused to reimburse us. As this is a normal style for my daughter, this experience with this particular stylist my daughter nearly cried because after sitting for 6 hours at this establishment, her hair wasn't done by someone who knew how to do a proper job. We paid $160 for the style, the owner was very unprofessional, took our money and refused to compromise for a reimbursement.

Nanshua brought me back to feeling comfortable with having someone cut my hair again. (Yes, I was traumatized by a really bad haircut pre-Nanshua.) I am not looking back. Going to her to get your haircut makes you feel GOOD.
