I reached out via the chat service on their website (extremely responsive and convenient) on Saturday afternoon requesting a quote for my small sectional to be cleaned and I was able to get a cleaning scheduled for Monday afternoon. Not only was scheduling seamless, but Igor and Igor were prompt, communicative, efficient, and respectful. They only took one hour to thoroughly clean my sofa (and they were able to easily add on their services for an ottoman that I decided needed to be cleaned). I thought they were fairly priced (all in all it cost $285 - $245 for my sofa and $40 for my last minute ottoman add) and I definitely will be hiring them for all my future upholstery cleaning needs! read more

I'll start by saying this company and experience using them is the rare time I've hired someone to do work and it went exactly as I had hoped it would. I don't have any experience with a professional cleaner before this so I can't comment on their pricing or how they compare to other companies. However my rugs, couches and chair all look much better after having them cleaned. They were able to get stains out that have been there for 1-2 years. Most importantly was they took my large oatmeal colored sofa and returned it to how it looked when new. That is important to me as it's our main sofa and I have three young kids so you can assume how it looked previously. They quoted me before coming, the price paid was exactly what they quoted. I have a 8 year old couch that I honestly never had professionally cleaned before, just some minor cleaning on my own. Over the year the upholstery on my couch started to look dull on armrests and seat cushions and Ibhad no hope of bringing it back to life. They explained each and every step during the couch cleaning process. They brushed the dirties areas to agitate them with brushes and used professional spotters to remove penmarks from one of the cushions. The couch came good as new. We have booked with this company via our friends referral who have used them before and we're super satisfied with their services so we decided to give it it a try. We cleaned our furniture set a few times with Stanley steemer but there was always a lingering dog smell even after the cleaning The crew seemed to be very knowledgeable about what they are doing. They removed all the pet hair and used enzyme shampoo to clean our couch. Whole process took about an hour and the sofa looked so much better. Next day when it dried it looked brand new and NO smell. Oh I wished we could keep our dogs away from the furniture so that it will always be clean. First the good: The technicians did an excellent job with the cleaning itself. The stains on my sofa are gone, and it looks as good as new. Yay! The not-so-good: I am deducting a few stars due to the lack of attention to protecting my home. They left lots of liquid on my hardwood floors, and there was overspray on surrounding surfaces. Whether it was water, cleaning solution, or Scotchguard, they should have taken care to either put something down to protect the area before they started or cleaned it up after they were done.
