I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. This upholstery cleaning service deserves a 5 star review. Exceptional customer service of operator as well very well done job of the cleaning crew. People underestimate the importance of in home furniture cleaning and honestly there is nothing better than a soft and fresh furniture to add comfort to your home. Andrew and Alex are very friendly pals, very easy to talk to and to work with. Sometimes it seems difficult to have people in your home with such busy schedule but this is not the case. The guys very helpful explaining the process of cleaning and the products and equipment they use as well as they know very well the practical part on how to deep clean different types of fabrics. We have had other companies clean our furniture but in fact there was always something that could make our experience perfect: either not all the stains were removed, or the couch smelled cleaning shampoo or the guys were very pushy to upsell something or the quote was a higher than they provided. Living in a home with 3 children and a cat my furniture always accumulates dirt, soil, food and spilled drinks. That's why steam cleaning is so important in our scenario. We host people for parties at our place and it adds as well. We have gotten many compliments on the way our 5 year old couch looks after the professional upholstery cleaning. Chicago Couch and Mattress cleaning makes all the difference in making our home look fresh. We now believe that hiring a couch cleaning professional is a necessity for a couple of times in a year. These guys truly deserve 5 stars. I had my mattress cleaned two times and every time I used them CCC did miracles. Last time I had my sister staying over at my place with kids and they wetted the bed. We tried cleaning it by ourselves with resolve and it did kill the smell but the water mark on the mattress was still there reminding us that mattress needed deep cleaning. In fact what I leaned from my experience with Chicago Couch Cleaning is that decent cleaning results require professional extraction equipment and its barely possible to clean the issue on your own even with professional spotters cause we basically work the substance into the mattress rather than removing it from the mattress. The team showed up on time and was very careful and professional, asked questions about the issue and even checked the mattress with UV light that immediately revealed problem areas. They used eco green products to do the cleaning and mattress now as fresh as new. Cant be more happy that saving a mattress that cost me a lot to buy. If you ever happen to have accidents on the bed - dont hesitate to call mattress cleaning professionals. The sooner you call the better chances your mattress will be restored. Thanks. read more

Very well deserved 5 stars. They had my entire set steam cleaned and cant be more happy with their results. Scheduling was easy. No need to even call them, everything was set quick and easy via text + friendly reminder 1 day prior to service. Small helpful thing. Team arrived on time, examined my furniture, filled up their machine and started 1 hour service to clean my couch and loveseat. Miracles happen as I never believed WINE! stain could be pulled. They sprayed some peroxide staff on it and voila, it started to slowly disappear. By the time they finished the stain was completely gone and I was sure I wanted to add my rocker chair since they were the ones who knew how to revive it. The team was a complete pleasure to work with. They not only explained what type of fabric it was, how to clean it on my own not mess it up hehe, drying time, they also arranged all cushions to dry properly and made sure the floor were dry and clean where they worked. They did a wonderful job on my microsuede couch and my impression is wow. It's a used probably 10 year old couch that was basically stained with food and drinks spills that my beloved guests left over last years. I tried cleaning the couch by myself with cleaning alcohol and resolve and it worked okay however the residue was always there. At some point I decided to get my couch cleaned professionally and I feel I made the right choice. Chicago couch mattress cleaning made a great job cleaning my furniture. The guys were knowledgable of what they do (do they take courses nowadays?). They pre sprayed my couch, manually brushed it and steam extracted the upholstery. Just after brushing it already looked cleaner. They also told me that synthetic fibers are really cleanable and this is something they major in. Anyhow after theirs upholstery cleaning service couch looked amazing. They do accept credit card payments and you get your receipt right after (thumbs up). The couch dried within 10 hours and is pleasantly scented with deodorizer. I will probably use them again when needed. read more

First I would like to say that I normally do not review such services as sofa cleaning, air duct cleaning etc. And I had a lot of bad experience using different cleaning companies. But your service was fantastic so I'm writing this 5 star review right now. If I could put 10 stars for sure I would. It was so easy to book an appointment. I just had a quick chat with very pleasant operator and my service was booked for the very next day. Only 5 min and we were set. The guy came 5 min earlier wearing company uniform and having all the necessary cleaning equipment. I couldn't even imagine that red wine stains could be completely removed from my light beige sofa. All soil stains were gone as well. My sofa dried overnight and the smell was amazing after the cleaning. The guy did a miracle for me and I'm SO happy! I have been using this guys for more than 4 times. Always for the same couch and wool rug and always for the same reason - my kids. I get the couch cleaned probably every 6 months now and every time guys show up they do magic. Over past 2 years we had wine spills, pen ink, food stains and milk formula. They have restored the original look of our couch every time we called them. Always on time and punctual, their pricing is fair and I can be more happy that I found them. I have recommended them to my friends and they are not disappointed too. I got my couch cleaned today. I've used you guys 2 years ago for my mattress cleaning and I was so happy with the result. We have a grey couch and we use it every day. My kids stained it and we also have 2 dogs so I decided to clean it finally. My only mistake that I've waited for so long, I should called you long time ago. Great and easy service. The cleaning guy arrived exactly on scheduled time. The whole service took around 70 minutes for my sectional couch. I never knew it was that dirty till he started cleaning it. Well after the cleaning it literally look like it was straight out of the shop. After the cleaning the cleaning guy applied some really good smelling thing. Oh I wish could buy a perfume like that. The floor was slightly wet after my sofa cleaning however the cleaning guy wiped the floor and placed the sidetables back. We had a terrible wine spill lately which we tried cleaning on our own with the product we bought from the store but it never helped. We reached out to Chicago Couch Cleaning and they responded almost instantly. Booking was easy and we were set up for the next day. I have to say that the quality if their service is set high: they were on time, tested the fabric, explained how cleaning chemistry works (they are certified by IICRC), provided all the necessary instructions. I had my pillow top mattress cleaned after my dog accident. Setting an appointment has never been easier. I clicked their website, spoke to company rep via chat, got an estimate which was like $90 for my mattress and set up an appointment. The cleaning tech Andrew was knowledgeable and showed great customer service skills (I probably liked this most about this service). My mattress came out absolutely stain free, smells and looks great. PS: to be honest I never knew there is such service as mattress cleaning. I never thought you guys are able to get the smell of urine out of my king pillow top mattress. You warned me in advance that although you'd do your best, since the problem began almost a year ago and had been happening on and off ever since, meaning that the urine had penetrated fully into the mattress, you probably wouldn't be able to eliminate 100% of that odor. I understood that and I wasn't expecting miracles. But, wow! I don't know if it's 100% gone, but it smells fresh now and no visible stains. We stayed at our uncle's place for a weekend and let our kids play with markers. Warning: never leave kids unattended playing with markers next to the furniture. I had a very disappointing experience with One Clean, and am now editing my original review I left…read morelast year. I had actually used them before on my couch and everything turned out great, so I trusted them to clean my patio cushions as well. The cushions sit in a shaded area and had some algae stains (which I didn't expect would fully come out), but I wanted to freshen them up as much as possible. Unfortunately, when the cushions dried, visible rings appeared that had not been there before (see photos for before-and-after). When I reached out, I simply asked if they could do a second rinse to remove the rings. At first, I was told the technician would be happy to come back. But after over a week of silence, I was told instead there would be a $60 fee--even though the issue arose immediately after their cleaning. Their explanation was that the cushions were damp when they started (true, it had rained the day before), but this was never mentioned as a potential problem during the service. Had the technician raised it, I would have gladly rescheduled. Instead, I was left with new stains and no accountability. Here's the timeline of my outreach: July 17: Date of cleaning service. July 19: Once cushions were completely dry, I noticed the rings and reached out with my initial message asking what could be done. July 22: Follow-up; told my message was "lost" but the tech would reach out. July 23: Tech texted saying he'd be happy to come back, but his schedule was packed. I asked to set a date anyway so I could plan ahead. No response. Aug 1: Sent another follow-up. No response. Aug 8: Sent messages to both the tech and One Clean. The tech replied that it would be an additional $60 because the cushions were damp, which they called "improper use." I asked why that wasn't mentioned before they started, but got no reply. One Clean never responded at all. It's now been more than two weeks with no response. After nearly a month of delays and silence, I hired another company (DenaliClean in Crystal Lake). They were fantastic to work with, had great communication (they explained the cleaning options and what their recommendation was), and in the end, the cushions came out gorgeous. See my review for them for pictures of how great the cushions came out. The bottom line: Poor communication, no follow-through, and unwillingness to stand by their work. A business proves itself by how it handles things when they go wrong--and based on my experience, I can no longer recommend One Clean.
