From the very first visit, the entire staff has been consistently professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. I've been under their care since January 2025, and the improvement in both my symptoms and overall quality of life has been incredible. The front office and clinical staff run a smooth, organized practice, and you're always treated with respect and genuine care. Appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed, and it's clear that patient comfort and outcomes truly matter here. A very special thank‑you to Amy Brussee, PA‑C, who has been overseeing my care. Amy is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She listens, answers questions thoughtfully, and makes each visit feel personalized rather than transactional. I always leave confident that I'm in excellent hands. I also want to recognize Melanie, the nurse who administers my allergy shots. She is consistently kind, calm, and professional, and makes what could easily be an uncomfortable process incredibly easy and stress‑free. THANKS, MEL!! If you're looking for an allergist or sinus specialist in Chicago who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend Chicago Nasal and Sinus Center. They set the bar for what patient‑centered care should look and feel like.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and when I got there, I was met with friendly smiles and efficient, professional staff. I was called back to see Dr. Pritikin almost immediately. He was smart, kind, and really understood my issues and experiences. He prescribed meds that made me feel better the same day, and I have follow-up visits scheduled soon. I'd totally recommend Dr. Pritikin and his team. This experience just makes me want to consider other specialists outside my PCP network.

Dr Usman will get you to the top of your game, he is known to be very comprehensive. My friend told me about him, and he has helped him with his toenail fungus using the laser and he helped me with my plantar fasciitis with their amazing shockwave machine that really cured my problems. I was recommended surgery by another doctor at a different clinic, and I was terrified of surgery because there just isnt any information thats accurate. Even asking different AI chats, I was just not sure if it was the right thing to do. Dr Usman recommend shockwave therapy, and he did an amniotic stem cell PRP type injection after the shockwave therapy. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT that injection. If you have any pain, this is something that is new and not a lot of podiatrists or even doctors do it but Dr Usman does it. Trust me, it may be a bit pricey but that after shopping around, they had the most reasonable prices and for me it was all about avoiding surgery and doing the most non-invasive things. I also got the best orthotics with unlimited revisions which was great!! I can finally walk without pain, and I am excited to the chicago marathon this year. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM FOR THE GRANT PARK NORTH VALIDATING SO YOU CAN GET CHEAP PARKING!

I made an initial appointment with a doctor at One Medical after my health insurance assigned their…read morepractice as my designated PCP. I was really pleased with how easy it was to set up an appointment on the app. I uploaded my insurance information on the app and presented it again to the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment. I saw the doctor and was pleased with my care. However, I needed a prior authorization for a prescription and everything went downhill. Long story short, I contacted One Medical three times by app (as instructed) to request the PA. The app has read receipts, so the staff saw my request. I never received a response. A week before I was going to be out of my medication, I was finally able to get in contact with a customer service rep at their corporate office. She was very apologetic about the issue and had the office manager reach out to me. The office manager told me they didn't take my insurance and that they would not do the PA. I felt like the office manager was blaming me for the issue. However, my insurance company assigned One Medical to me, said One Medical was a participating office when I called, and had them listed online as in network, so I didn't appreciate the insinuation that I did not do my due diligence. One Medical had multiple opportunities to let me know that they did not accept my insurance, but chose to ghost me until I reached out to corporate. I was left without care and with an empty prescription. It was difficult to find a new provider on such short notice, so I had to go without my medication. Had One Medical paid attention when I booked my appointment, showed my insurance card to the receptionist, or during the 3 times I reached out about my PA, I could have started the search earlier and found a new doctor. One Medical is careless at best and negligent at worst. With so many other options in Chicago, I could not recommend One Medical in good faith.

The receptionist then said that the lab wouldn't open until 1:45pm. Total waste of time, really glad I spend $200 a year for this superb service.
