From my first visit/consultation, felt like long time family welcoming you back home: Jennifer, Grace, Jessica and the team were all delightful, gracious and professional. Then comes the Plastic Surgeon guru himself, Dr. Sam Speron, and I felt immediately at ease and confident in his review of my needs. He took his time to explain all the details of the pre-and post surgery. Reassuring me and asking if I had any concerns or questions at all times. I was very pleased with the discount available for any combined procedures. Fully prepared with my meds, my surgery was under 1.5 hours. I didn't mind being awake because the team was super efficient and Dr. Speron threw in some good humor to put me at ease. Nice bonus was the office set me up with an Uber to/from my home. My first and second week follow ups have been smooth and reassuring. Healing nicely and normally, even allowed to wear make up if desired. I scheduled a consultation in February, after the Doctor listened to my concerns, she recommended a Halo Laser treatment to promote collagen growth combined with BBL for dark spots spots due to aging. While she made recommendations that would give me the best long term results, she completely respectful of my right to make the decision. I was extremely anxious about a laser treatment because I had a fraxel laser treatment a number of years ago that resulted in scarring that was slow to heal. I was worried about downtime and potential damage. Dr. B told me downtime was 5 days and I am a slow healer so I was skeptical. I asked about the number of procedure they had done and they definitely had the completed significant number so I chose the Halo Laser with BBL for my face, neck and chest. I recommend Halo because the procedures are doctor supervised and the treatments were performed by a laser technician that had done over 100 procedures. My face, neck and chest were numbed and I thought the procedure was minimally painful, and the discomfort was tolerable. Included in the treatment plan were medications that would minimize related ancillary issues, i.e. cole sores, swelling. Additionally they included products to speed recovery. Over and above, I got a text message the next day, SUNDAY, to check on me and asked for pictures to see my progress! The practice followed up for the next days. I have had procedures with other doctors and couldn't even get a call back so I thought this was exceptional. True to their word, I was able to be on a Zoom call three days later. My tenacious brown spots disappeared or were significantly lightened. My eye area looks better and it takes several months to fully appreciate the benefits of collagen growth. My friend said I looked refreshed, relaxed and overall better. I highly recommend the Halo Laser and BBL treatment and this is the place to go.

One day, I decided to overuse a specific acne product and let's just say it didn't turn out well. Those specific spots I placed the product created a deep pitted lesion which is now classified as a "boxcar" scar. My skin was irritated, texture wasnt the best, and still had active acne. My self-esteem was torn and I needed help. I called and spoke to Lucas who wanted to help me and got me in at the earliest appointment. Upon arrival, the staff was accommodating and were so helpful, respectful, and personable. They collectively made the check-in/insurance process so easy. I met the Dermatologist and his assessment was clear, concise, and provided topical and oral medication the same day. I asked multiple meticulous questions and he elucidated educational responses. He prescribed me medication for the active and hormonal acne I had, and put me on a consistent facial basis. I noticed the biggest difference in the texture of my skin and my acne went down. As far as the lesions, they are still healing, but the deeply pitted hole I made in my skin is now a month away from being even with the rest of my skin. MIND YOU, this is just a month of treatment and I've noticed a 180. The facials were done by a marvelous woman who's in Medical School I think. She's skilled, knows her stuff, and provided excellent facials tailored to my skins needs. Overall, the staff blew me away and so did the dermatologist.
