The owner and workers lie and tell different stories. I had to repeatedly text, call... to even find out when my order was coming. It was delivered over 24 hours after I was told AND a half hour past the start of my party. They were supposed to pick up on Tuesday. I text 2 different times and people and then get a text that they will pick them up in a half hour on a Friday night! Then I said no, come Sunday, I am busy. I get a NASTY text saying they will charge me again and that they attempted to pick up the order on 3 other occasions!! Lies!! We have a ring camera, and they never came or attempted to reach me to tell me they were coming!! On top of that, belittled me for putting them in my garage, so they wouldn't get ruined or stolen. I will tell every person who listens to me how awful this company is and how undependable they are. You couldn't pay me to use them. Buyer beware.

I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. And then price increases quite a bit once you're about to input your credit card number. Nothing major but just a budget surprise.

The first thing that stood out was their amazing selection of bounce houses. From small tot jumpers, to large elaborate water slides. ALL! -Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up. -Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. Each one of them carefully set everything up under her guidance, and took it down with ease-without interrupting the party. -They vacuumed, sanitized, and double checked the devices to ensure all was in tip top shape. - They educated my husband and I on how to operate, how to resolve any issues if any were to arise.
