A couple tips: getting your tickets on Groupon will save you a couple bucks off retail, and bring your own water if it's a hot day - beverages on the boat are pricey. The parking lot is very small but we got lucky to find a space. We had a party of 5 and had reserved the pontoon for 6 people but we got upgrades to a bigger pontoon. We were able to head out 1pm - 3pm. Bring your own cooler with drinks and snacks! The Bluetooth connects to your phone so no need to bring a speaker. They have a cute picnic area too. The only bad thing is that there are no real bathrooms other than a very stinky porta potty.

This was terrible service as we could only use the boat on a Saturday and only had 2 weeks to find a different option. This was almost impossible as boats are booked well in advance for Saturdays in Chicago. Would highly recommend Sofia with Get my Boat if you have a party of 12 looking for a great time. I am giving 2 stars as they were initially easy to book with.
