Now I want to cover the real value. I am a 60-year-old beginner who recently took a two day motorcycle rider safety class in preparation for the road test. I'm not afraid to acknowledge that I am an over thinker, which sometimes results in a bit of anxiety. Marty and Carlos found a way to meet me where I was in terms of capability and mindset. Yes, they were great instructors. Yes, I passed the test. That is not what made my experience great. Marty and Carlos made it great by meeting me at a human level with caring and kindness until I was ready to go take the test. As always seems to be the case, the people make the difference. I highly recommend utilizing their service and working with these guys. You won't be disappointed.

My bike was picked up July 11, 2026. Didn't get it back until August 11. Bike was dead and had been…read moresitting since 2018. Got a full tune up and clutch pack replaced. They didn't replace the 10 year old drive belt (extremely important!) Wasn't happy at all. Was told it "looked good" so wasn't replaced. If that belt snaps, rear tire could lock up while riding and could cause a crash, Never mind being stranded. Belt needs replacing every 3-4 years! Also needed two tires. They ordered 2 Michelins. When picking up my bike, the front was a Bridgestone and the rear was a Michelin. I was charged for 2 Michelins. Was told the Bridgestone was a "Bridgestone Michelin tire" and that the 2 tires were correct. There is no such thing as a "Bridgestone Michelin" tire. The mechanic didn't check tires before installation. Bike died 5 times between going home and driving it back to shop. battery was loose and the idle was way too low. Needed bike back quickly because it was going to be shipped to another state on August 13 or 15. New tire was in on Monday August 10 and wouldn't be done until Thursday August 13. Unacceptable. I had enough and picked the bike up August 11, got $65 back for the price difference of the front tire. Still have to get the drive belt replaced in the other State the bike is going to. Now I will be out more money for something that should have been done, as it's a safety issue. I simply don't recommend this shop because of extremely slow turnover and critical lack of awareness. Caveat Emptor.

Read the following for more info: A couple months ago, I brought my brand new car to Dan at Chi-South Customs 25885 S Ridgeland Ave #4, Monee, IL 60449 to paint an Italian stripe on the front, fix one scratch on front drivers fender, and color match the silver trim around side windows and a couple other spots on car. Three weeks later I picked up my car and paid in full. The next day I called Dan since I saw several issues with the vehicle. We went over every part of what he did wrong on my car. He gave me $2000. back. Could still see scratch on fender, the stripe is wavy, bled into the black, a scratch out of the white by emblem that he didn't even take off to paint. Painted all silver trim on car with out taking it off and didn't prep correctly. Passenger side $2000 in damage, head light has a 3 in. scratch. Front grill that wasn't painted has a 2in. scratch and over spray on it. All rubber around windows has paint on it. Red, white, and green over spray on sunroof. Over spray on other parts of car and windows. Damaged the front clip and hood with out fixing lines and wet sanded and buffed only parts of it. Buffing compound in a lot of spots he didn't clean. Now I have over $10,000 in damage I have to put out now to get it fixed. Dan said his insurance won't take care of it and he has no money. I told him to at least make payments and no response.
