They had his business cards sitting on the counter, and I noticed that it read "Piano Tuning & Repair" which I thought was ideal. I asked the salesman there and he said that everyone liked Gary's work, and he came highly recommended. The first time he came over he not only expertly tuned the piano, but also fixed two bad keys on the spot for a reasonable charge. That was about 5 years ago and he has done our tuning and service ever since. Once you meet him you will instantly know that a) he is professional - easy to schedule and always on time, b) he is extremely knowledgeable and exudes confidence c) he is honest and he's not just looking to make a fast buck off of you. Made an appointment with another authorized Yamaha dealer. When we got to my apartment, it turned out the piano wouldn`t fit through the first floor stairwell! The back stairwell looked impossible to say the least, but these guys didn`t give up.
