My usual piano tuner was fully booked, so I found Dennis here on Yelp. He was available on Thursday, which was perfect. Dennis was very nice and professional. He explained to me everything he was doing and whatever was wrong with my piano. He literally saved my piano. Apparently, my piano keys pins were stuck together, and they were also making clicking noises. He told me it must have been out of whack for a while already. The screws were loose and wobbly. Funny thing is, I had paid my usual piano guy to make repairs just a few months ago. I am upset and disappointed at my old piano guy. Dennis quoted me a very reasonable price for a tuning, and just a little for the extra repairs. His total for tuning and repair was less than my old piano guy's just tuning.
