I have been coming to the Chicago Premium Outlets for years. Always loved the large selection of retailers, and even more with the expansion they've done in the last few years. The only down side is limited restrooms (I believe due to COVID) and parking. If you come on a weekend just prepare yourself for long waits either looking for parking or entering certain stores like Nike or Adidas. Other than that, the facility is really nice, open air and plenty of discounts throughout the year. read more

I always have a good experience at this mall. It is clean, well organized and has abundant signage which I appreciate when looking for a particular store or a restroom. It's really nice to walk around the mall in nice weather (maybe not so nice in cold or inclement weather though). Parts of the mall do have overhead covering, however, for protection. Great mall but there is a downside. More than one store is ok but it can become overwhelming when you have to travel across the entire mall. Instead of being able to walk in and walk out, you'll find your self in an endless maze looking for stores to find out you have to go to another which is on the other side of the mall. Most people don't mind but if your in a rush it can be very inconvenient. Great prices, and nice items. However if you go on a day like today the lines were long and it was very hard to find a park. First time here and I loved it. Why have i never visited before?? So this is a giant outdoor outlet mall. So many stores to choose from such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade for all the purse fiends. Timberland and Nike for shoe lovers. It even had Victoria's Secret, Pink, and Old Navy for those looking for the "usual" non outlet mall type of stores. Plenty of parking, and lots of open space outside for bored kids to run around in. They even have a designated play area for the kids. Oh and of course there's a food court. Will definitely be back once the weather warms up as I hate shopping with 30 layers of clothes on me! read more

I always find a bargain out here, on today I got a little bit worried and went into a couple of stores and then fine when I was looking for but by the end of my shopping trip I was very happy I was under budget I had allowed for the day I still had money so it was a win-win Also as as a bonus when I checked in on my Yelp app I was giving a free passport book that contain access to discounts to almost all the stores located at the outlet so I was able to use it and one of my favorite stores Akira I had a feeling that wasn't shopping for myself until I find out about the added discounts but I was able to get bags of clothing for myself for under $60 Before my daughter whom I came to shop for Able to get things from the Levi's store the Gap Store Akira guess who I'm obsessed with it was so hard not to go crazy in this store I was able to find a damn overall jumper that my daughter has been wanting for a phenomenal price with the matching t-shirt for under $40 There's lots of dining options or snacks and drinks out here since the outlet is outdoors and you are under the conditions of the element are you shocked I can't roll it relatively early and it was beginning to get very humid I do plan on coming back just for me and the up-and-coming weeks I cannot wait read more

This place is one of my very favorite outlet malls. My favorite store is the Dooney & Bourke outlet I'm a collector every time I go to this location I leave with no less than 8 to 10 bags. The deals here are unbelievable. I went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving was an awesome day to go no one was there, sales were on point! We returned on Friday and there was tons of people lines everywhere pretty crazy. There are lots of bathrooms and a food court there was ample parking on Wednesday but on Friday there was parking on the street there was parking anywhere that you can find a place and ironically the parking near the door was blocked off if you wanted to pay $10 you can park there. I thought this was extremely weird because you can park anywhere for free but I guess if you wanted to be close to the door bring cash ten dollars so you can park close. We visited a few stores and was in and out no worries on Wednesday again on Friday in before any holiday is you're probably get there early parking is limited and where are your walking shoes and bring a portable chair because there are lines to get inside of the stores (I should say most of them). This place is large there's no train there's no bus to get around so definitely prepared to take a few breaks. Remember as always where the signs are is not exactly where the stores are so it may say the sign on the outside of the building of the store that you would like to go into but it's not necessarily in that area so look at the map before you arrive so you'll know where to park. read more

Good choice if you're looking for shoes, as there are a lot of choices (my vote is for Clarks, where I got great black boots, but some other good stores include Ecco and Naturalizer); other highlights include a Le Crueset outlet (the normally $500 dutch ovens are like $200 here) and Chicos (where I got a great belt for $20). For Sporty Spice types there are Adidas and Nike stores, and if you can't live without a pink velour sweatsuit there's Juicy Couture. Other (better) clothing options included Guess, Gap, Banana Republic and Benneton. Overall, lots of the big-name shops at lower prices. Worth a look if you're in the Naperville area. read more

I used to shop at this outlet mall more frequently when we lived closer, but we still shop here every now and then if we want to look for some good deals. The outlet has some good stores, and you can find some good deals most of the time. If you go during traditional retail sale times, you'll probably find some really good deals. They have added a few more restaurants in the food court and it looks like they recently remodeled the food court. There are also a few newer restaurants that are scattered around the mall. This is an outdoor mall, which is nice to walk around and shop when the weather is nice, but it's not so fun when it's cold, raining or snowing! read more

Black Friday- the woman at the checkout was checking out a couple before us. We had our shoes ready at the counter- the couple had multiple pair but we're not ready to checkout they were still on and off looking for another pair or the worker was getting it for them, I don't know. As we're waiting that couple days to the cashier "you can check out the people behind us" and she looked at my husband and said no. He can wait. Mind you- they were my shoes so I don't know what that was about ... the line began wrapping and the woman refused to check us or anyone else out. We waited about 10- maybe 15 minutes until the checkout , or so it felt. The cashier was Adrian American and she was rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude for no reason, I get it retail is harsh Black Friday but customer service is always essential for that job title. Sorry. read more

Tons of stores but also lots of people. It's got a nice setup. Outdoor mall but some canopy covering to protect from the elements. Not all the stores are outlet stores, there were some good deals but not great. The food court is actually pretty good. When I checked in there was a $5 off deal to be redeemed at Guest Services. When I showed it to them they gave me a savings passport instead. I looked again now and I see they changed the check in offer to a savings passport and my check in offer is not in my saved offers anymore. The savings passport is kinda worthless it didn't have any offers for stores we liked. If you're in the area and interested in checking out the stores it's alright but definitely don't recommend you go out of your way to check this place out. read more

This was a great outlet mall for sure, I found it to be fun to find deals around the mall. I've only been here a few times and the stores are pretty good, some are not outlet stores so beware! They have a good selection of outlet stores like Nike Factory, Gap Factory, Sperry's, Adidas, even Forever 21. One of the down sides is the parking, it took a while to find some due to the amount of people. It's a great mall to visit and find some deals in for sure! I'm always on a fence about this outlet. But, I will say, there's no fee to park and plenty of parking during the day and always plenty of bathrooms (there's ones besides the food court--just look at the alleys between stores). On one hand, prices online are just as good, if not better. On the other hand, there's nothing like touching and seeing merchandise and you get to walk around, in the outdoors, getting exercise. On one hand, sometimes this mall has people who look like theyre hanging out to prey on you and not shopping, in the least bit. I usually wear a fannypak purse instead of carrying one. On the other hand, the cold weather seems to have removed them. I wonder when the mall will invest in some security people, because that would make me way more likely to return and browse. Even my husband gets a bit creeped out at this mall. At any rate, my friend and I went for lunch at 11:30 am last week, and the place was very quiet and clean. It almost needed more shoppers, but the people at the stores and food court are very nice. I can't say that lunch in the food court is anything to write home about, but we had this huge indoor food court practically to ourselves on a weekday, so that was kind of cool and felt safe from covid. We went to a few stores, and I got some guy's cotton flannel pj bottoms for $30 (meh) and she bought flannel PJ set for herself $80 (that seemed high but it was Ann Taylor). I normally like visiting the Swarovski store for bargains and sometimes Coach, Vince or Calvin Klein. The SaksoffFifth online is a Mecca of treasures, so I'm always returning what I don't want here, as the shipping fee for returns is $10-15 per order. Sometimes I wonder if in person stores are going to become a thing of the past....I rarely see people shopping at the Saks store--I think we all use it as a return bin. I'd love to see this mall prosper as it's only 15-20 min from my home, but hey...we shall see. If they could add some visible security people walking around, I think people would be more apt to come out. read more

It's a big outlet, outdoors in the elements (but at least a covered roof), laid out weirdly so there's definitely a lot of non-picturesque walking in what's so often a wind tunnel, to shop at outlets which are all too often, overpriced for merchandise sold as what-if-you-don't-want-to-pay retail, when 77% of what is sold here, has just as good prices at their sister shops without the outlet designations. Thus, the 2 stars. However, if you love Salomon products, or you live near/in Aurora, love Saks Fifth Avenue but do not live near a Saks (and want to see what you're buying before purchasing), this is a great mall. Outside of that, I'm not sold on the concept for their other options. Most, if not all (outside of Salomon), can be found in Chicago for the same or similar price points. read more

TEN MINUTES. That's about how long it takes me to get to the Chicago Premium Outlets and boy is that dangerous. I'm a sucker for a good deal and this outlet mall is where you'll find 'em. In the last year they've added a whole new wing to the mall, additional parking, cleaned up the old section, and are constantly opening up new stores. I personally am psyched to just learn that there will be a Restoration Hardware opening up soon here AND a Victoria's Secret. Life complete. A couple of my favorite stops here are the J.Crew and Kate Spade and it's common for me to send myself home after these two stores because I've already spent way more money than I should. Not because prices are expensive - in fact it's quite the opposite. I find so many good deals that I'm able to rationalize purchasing everything I want! The entire stores are typically 40-50% off plus additional discounts on sale items. Like I said, dangerous. It's not often I stop here specifically to eat, but they do have a lot to offer. My personal faves are the random carnival like snack stops like the frozen lemonade, churros, and dip and dots vendors. Of course I frequent the Starbucks here a lot as well. There is a food court and heartier options for those who want to grab a full meal. Parking is abundant, but it does get crowded on the weekends (especially in the summer). Fall is the best time to come shopping here in my opinion :) read more

Been here a couple of times before, and I believe this is the place to be if you're into outlet shopping centers. They have a have all the stores that one might hope to find, all offering great deals. This outlet has been expanded a lot since my first visit. More merchandise and more eats, you can stay all day here. Parking lot is huge but it might need a little patience to find a spot. This place is fun just to walk around or to window shop. Plenty of areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy a conversation with your friends over a cup of coco or coffee. The food court is pretty decent too. read more

This is place has a nice selection of stores. Tumi, Coach, Vera, Adidas, Nike, Columbia, Bose, Aldo, Sak's Off 5th, and more + Outside design- open design concept so you get to enjoy the weather on a nice day + Restrooms - they were plentiful + Prices- most stores had additional percentage off on top of the discounts already + Need a caffeine fix? There is a Starbucks, but expect a line Cons: - Parking - On weekends it's a shit show. They may have added parking, but it is still not well thought out. ** Use Bilter Road to get in/out of to avoid the backup of cars trying to park and get to the larger parking lot faster. read more

This is one of my favorite outlet malls! It's outdoors, so it's great in nice weather but not so great in storms or in the winter. There are tons and tons of stores, a Starbucks, 2 Dippin' Dots stands, and a food court. The deals they have here are pretty good, but you'll have to be willing to search them out. I would avoid peak times as weekends and holidays bring lots of shoppers and you may end up spending more time trying to find a parking spot than a good sale. Some employees have to park in the alternate parking lot across Farnsworth and take the shuttle in. read more

I seriously love this mall even though there are many stores in the mall with non-outlet pricing. Of note the Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, Adidas, St. John, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, Lucky Brand Jeans, Talbots, Cole Haan and Banana Republic have great offers/sales regularly which makes this mall a favorite. During the holidays, the Sunglass Hut (all three of them), True Religion, Ugg and Michael Kors generate a serious crowd. As in -stand in line in the 30 degree cold for an opportunity to go in - type crowds. TR offered 40% off the entire store and Kors offered 50% off the entire store plus 20%. Judging by the shopping bags carries by lots of shoppers, the deals were great! The newer section of the shopping complex is on the east side and has an ice skating rink, Saks Off Fifth, Vera Bradley, Movado and Robert Graham. As it relates to food, there's a churro stand, Auntie Annie's pretzels, Starbucks and a food court. Parking is free and voluminous in the eastern lot (newer area) and also in the front left corner near the entrance. I have never circled for a spot but perhaps it is also because I will park far off and walk to shop without blinking. Haha. read more

Luxury Beauty Company Buyer, beware! This store follows misleading merchandising practices. Their on-shelf merchandising will lead you to believe that certain products are on special savings above and beyond the 'everyday' outlet price, when they are not. By the time you realize what happened to you, the very rude staff will refuse to take the products back because everything is final sale... even if you haven't even left the store. We like shopping here although an hr drive for us. Ample parking but sometimes hard to find a spot near by. Some what complex layout of the entire Mall so can't figure out where you are hence 1 star less. Nice selection of stores and mostly filled. Lots of tourists here shopping on good deals. Lots of Chinese tourist hence adds in Chinese in the food court area. We like Saks 5th Ave, Coach, Versace, Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Clark's , Godiva, Vera Bradley, Calvin Klein, etc Food court is big with nice choices and tasty food for a change compared to other malls. They do have a M Burger and pizza place near the kids play area and fountain. I have tried both and food is good their. read more

My little sister wanted to go school clothes shopping with me last weekend so we decided to venture out to the outlets. I think I've only been here one time before about 10 years ago but I would come here all the time if I lived in Illinois. They have a large amount of stores, it's mostly outdoors (but there's a cover overhead) and they had great sales! We ended up getting her great clothes to start the school year off with and it was a good little stroll for an afternoon. If I had to compare to the one in Kansas City, it's nicer... Lots more to see and they even have a little play place for people with children. It's worth going to. read more

This is a nice outdoor mall full of specialty shops and a good mixture of clothing, shoes and baby stores. I like how although it's outside, a lot of it is covered so it's nice if it's raining or snowing. I also LOVED the closer parking spots for people with strollers. Such a nice touch!! Beware that many of the stores here require returns to only be at the outlet locations. You can't take the merchandise back to the regular store. I found this out after a few purchases here. It kind of sucks, because this isn't close to my house so in order to return everything, I have to make the trip back out here. Also, Beware of the employees in the food court trying to give out samples. They will ask you EVERY TIME you pass them and they are really annoying. read more

Chicago Premium Outlets - Love this! - Shopping Centers Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

My fiance and I decided early Sunday morning last weekend to head out to the "new" mall (I know it's not new anymore, but it is to me) we haven't ever been to check it out and see what we can find. Their deals are abundant, the facilities are pretty clean, but parking is kinda ridiculous. We drove around for about 20 minutes looking for a spot. Didn't really realize until we left, but their parking lots are not that far out from the building. Cars actually parallel parked on the drive around the perimeter of the parking lot and not just one or two cars, the entire perimeter. I had no idea the place was that popular, but it was! People were pretty polite throughout and while it was crowded, it moved. One thing I noticed is that most of the "halls" throughout the entire outdoor mall were covered, so if it began to rain, you could keep shopping. Big A+ if you ask me. I was surprised I did not spend as much money as I thought I would normally at a mall. You could attribute that to the fact that I'm planning a wedding and funds are a little tight right now, but I don't think we spent more than $100.00. Got a few gifts and I spend $4 on a new measuring cup for myself. Where they got us was at the Godiva store. I love chocolate. :) Took us about 45 minutes to get here from Schaumburg on a Sunday afternoon late morning. I recommend you get there early if you want to park your car in the same zip code as the mall itself. There aren't really any restaurants nearby which really surprised me. Couldn't believe that all the regular chain places aren't popping up all over the place over there, but hey, perhaps they are pacing themselves. The economy is rough right now, I hear. ;) I intend on returning, because the outdoor part itself was very nice, but I will do my homework first...I don't know how "outlet-y" mall the prices actually were. read more

These outlets remind me a lot of the Round Rock, Texas outlets. The layout was a little weird to figure out but we managed. We got there right when they opened on a Monday so it was nice because we found parking right away and the place was nearly empty. At least one of the stores I had mapped out from their website was not in the same location in person (Kate Spade) so they may want to update their site. We didn't have a lot of time to spend here because I had a flight to catch but next time we will allow for more time to shop because there is a lot to check out here. I recommend Kate Spade, J. Landmark Review: So many great savings, so little time. Whenever I go bargain shopping, the outlet mall in aurora is the place to go. The can't miss stores include Nike, addidas, timberland, coach, banana republic, tommy, and polo just to name a few. End of the season sale is the best time to go visit as the prices are usually at there lowest. One downside is the difficulty in finding parking during holidays, so avoid at all cost as you will spend 30 minute circling around the parking lot trying to find a space. Pro: wide variety of outlet stores, good prices Cons: super busy during weekends and holiday, avoid the highway if possible as that backs up Hidden gem: Sign up on the premium outlet website for the VIP club. You can print out coupons at home and also redeem a coupon at the information desk for a saver booklet. read more

After new addition done to it it's great. Lots of parking from Bilter rd, lots of new stores. Restrooms are always clean as well sidewalks and trash cans. On the back side of existing mall you can see still some construction going on but mostly appearance which doesn't bother me. Overall great experience. New store that were added that I was interested in are under armour, Columbia, american eagle, amberctombie etc. Definitely worth the trip to shop here. Forgot to mention that new parking lot is huge - at least 2x bigger than old one right of Farnsworth. Access is of Bilter rd. read more

Visited here on my way to Chicago and saw the exit. After I took the exit, I realized that you needed to pay toll to get back on I-88. Anyways, it was super early so no crowd yet like many Yelpers have mentioned here. Pretty nice selection here. I visite Lacoste, Hugo, Ecco, and United Colors of Benetton. Didn't find any deals but nice window shopping. I did manage to find a sale at UnderArmour and got some nice cargo shorts for $25. Once an hour passed, I noticed the crowd picked up on Friday morning. Well, I made my way out and found out that the toll basket wasn't working after I threw my $1.10 in quarters and dime. The toll guy fixing the equipment told me to just go through. I had similar issues when I was at Downers Grove but nobody there to tell if it was okay to go through. read more

This is a solid place to go shopping. I don't like that they advertise this mall as a "Chicago" mall when it's a good 30-45 minutes away from the city. The weekends get super packed and cars park on the curb because that's the only place left. But overall, a good place to find savings. read more

We weathered the rain and bit the bullet and shopped anyway. We got coupons online and also a book of coupons at the information desk. We literally shopped till we dropped. They have tons and tons of good deals. It makes it worth the drive. The only complaint for this place would be to have better restaurants here. read more

I agree with Candice that Aurora outlets have some really old merchandise and they prices are not even discounted that much. I found that a bunch of the stores were super messy and disorganized which frustrated me and that the sales people did not seem to care about their jobs or the customers. I guess you get what you pay for. The stores that were an exception to this were Coach, Vera Bradley (my reason for coming) and Carters. I also find it annoying that they did not make enough parking spaces for the shoppers. Every time I have gone, there have been people parked in the grass. The mall itself is pretty, but the setup seems a little off. I feel like I have to walk in circles to get anywhere... but maybe I have not fully figured out how to navigate this mall. read more

I come here to shop whenever I'm in Chicago because it's cheaper sales tax than shopping in the city. It's a bit of a drive out depending on where in Chicago you are staying. But I'd say on average 45mins to 1hour without any traffic. They have Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Forever 21 (items $10 and under), Black Hawks store (for any fans looking for team gear), etc. I usually find awesome deals at Nike but there are plenty more stores I didn't mention so check them out! & happy shopping! :) read more

I visited the outlet for the first time since Covid pandemic. I went because I wanted to visit Cole Haan. Their hours are now 11:00-7:00. I arrived to Cole Haan around 2:10. There was a sign on the door that said they would be back. Really?? When?? What time did you leave? After killing time waiting for someone to re-open I finally made a call to the store but there was no answer. After 1/2 hour I called again and this time Jennifer answered. Obviously she had forwarded the calls to her cell. She preceded to let me know that legally she was due a 1 hour break...When I asked what time she would be back she said 3:20. I pointed out that it would be in excess of 1 hour. So she said she would be back 3:10. True to her word she was. Amazing that a 1 hour break is needed after only working 3 hours. I understand that a lot of the stores have single coverage. But there has to be a better way to deal with the situation. There were many shops that had similar signs on them. It will not make me want to visit this outlet or store anytime soon. After all, there is the internet. read more

I live just North of here so I get to watch it all year.....if you really need to go (I HATE shopping) head over late at night about 1/2 hour before it closes, you can park close and get in/out. I do like the Nike and Bose stores here..... If you want to WAIT forever go on a Saturday or any major shopping day....I actually laugh at those who go on the day after Thanksgiving....so funny watching people to struggle just getting into the parking lot....
