Whenever I'm at this mall, I stop in to check out what kind of great sales or cute clothes Garage has to offer. Recently I bought a purple top that was on sale from $25, down to $10. Yes, I know that I can find clothes cheaper elsewhere. But, I don't mind paying for what I get. I have never been disappointed by the quality. If I ever had any issues, they took care of them immediately. The clothes fit well, look good, and are durable. That is value. What else could you want? GLENN always welcomes me with a friendly smile and greeting. No matter what my need, he helps me find the perfect fit. I know that there are other good people working at this store. We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

I stopped in the store and spoke with David who was extremely gracious and helpful. I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! No matter what my concern was, they immediately put my mind at ease and understood where I was coming from. I had a breezy time selecting my dream gown and the alterations was a positive experience where the alterations manager made certain that I was happy with all aspects of the dress fit. I liked David's Bridal because I needed a dress fairly quickly within 3 months. They have some more affordable designer options. My dress was Oleg Cassini, and I was able to stay working my budget and get a designer dress.

One of the first issues is, how I ordered the dress in store and put down a deposit and it was told the dress will be in in July 2026. My wedding was in October, and after not hearing from them in July, I called the store and was told by another associate that the address was not going to be ordered because it was not paid off in May again poor communication. After paying the dress off and it being shipped two weeks later, the dress that I ordered was not the address that I received. The quality was poor. The length was shorter, and it just looked like an overall different dress. After the continuous disappointment, I chose to go to another David bridal location in Orland Park. When I picked up the dress from Naperville, I did not receive any paperwork. They said nothing was needed to show that I even picked up the dress. I ended up buying a new dress from the Orland Park location and they said they needed the receipt from the Naperville location, but Naperville refuse to email me or fax over a copy of proof of purchase. They wanted me to drive an hour and a half to get something physically printed off.. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. The Satin was super thin, a different color and very short no hem needed versus the left picture. The Satin was thicker ..needed to be hemmed a larger train and just overall better quality...

I found the purse online but was not sure if it'll get here on time before December 17th so I called and spoke to Michael. They put it on hold til I got there. I drove an hour to get to this store. When I arrived I looked for them and they didn't disappoint. They went above and beyond with their service! Very polite and just the kindest and sweetest person here! I had 2 pairs @ home & 1 was completely worn dow on the heels so I figured it was time. At Skechers they always have buy one pair & get the second @ half price. I currently own about a dozen pairs of shoe. 3 or 4 pairs of gym shoes, 3 dress shoes, a couple of pairs of Skechers & a pair of hiking boots. I'm not Imelda Marcos so I don't need 1,220 pairs of shoes. Skechers are so comfortable. They aren't stylish like Italian loafers, but my feet are so much happier & pain free instead of pinching my feet in these pointy toed shoes.
